Wally watched our 1yr old Husky and I can't say enough great things! I told him it was our first time boarding and our anxiety about it. He went above and beyond to put us at ease. We had pictures and details consistently each day. He asked questions to keep her on schedule. His sweet pup, Maple, was the perfect playmate for our dog as well. They went on hikes, swimming, walks, and a ton of backyard playtime. She was even freshly cleaned when we picked her up. He really did more than I ever expected. Our dog slept for an entire day after, which I didn't know was possible. I highly recommend Wally to watch your doggo!
My lab probably had a much better vacation than me while he was boarded with Monique and Josh. They were amazing. Took my dog on walks, paddle boarding and gave him a bath. Couldn't have asked for a better boarding experience. Communication was timely and prompt. Looking forward to boarding my pet again with them.
Fantastic experience boarding our dog with Cathy. She was incredibly understanding, accommodating us with a meet-and-greet, and a short trial visit to help our dog settle in and feel safe. Cathy followed our dog's special potty protocol and sent us daily videos and photos. We were able to relax knowing our dog was having fun. She was very gracious when our flight and baggage was delayed and we needed to collect our dog late at night. Her whole family is lovely, and Cathy has taken care to ensure her children understand dog’s need for space and calm interactions. Her dog Arrow is friendly, well trained, and played very nicely with our pup. Cathy was still careful to give them a safe greeting and made sure our dog had her own space in case she wanted a break. We highly recommend Cathy and hope we can book our dog in with her again for our next trip.
