About: I got my dog when I was 13 (I’m now 22). I trained him by myself when he was a puppy, and everyone he meets says he’s very well behaved. I know how to spot signs of anxiety or distress in dogs and how to respond to that behavior. I’m patient and loving, but I can be stern when need be. I am a student in college, and I work part time at an assisted living facility. Other than the days I’m at work, I’m basically free! I’ll make sure to locate the resources needed to care for your dog (crate, locks, toys, food, leash, harness, etc) as soon as I get to your home. I’ll spend 100% of my time in the company of your dog- they wouldn’t leave my sight. I’ll make sure to follow any guidelines about what your dog should/should not do. I’ll do my best to make the experience as comfortable as possible for them and you!

About: I will do everything I can to make sure your animal has a blast! I have grown up with animals my entire life. Not only do I have experience pet-sitting, I once owned two dogs, four cats, two gerbils, two frogs, three turtles, and over 20 fish at once, so I know how to take care of a house full! I know what makes dogs and cats upset and what can calm them down. I will run and play with your animals so they won't be as rambunctious when you get back! I will always let your animal smell me and warm up to me before I approach them. Dogs need a lot of energy and love. They need someone that will always be willing to run around with them or play tug-of-war. Cats need someone a little more calm that wants to pet them or sometimes play with toys. I will ensure that they will be well taken care and loved like they have never been loved before!! I will send as many or as little pictures and videos of us having fun as you like!

I take my own dog out leashed throughout the day. About: Animal Shelter Enrichment Volunteer, Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. She successfully worked for Trusted Housesitters but has switched to Rover for more local opportunities. I work remotely part-time and have a flexible schedule that can meet all of your pet's individual needs. 24/7 care and attention for your animal! I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. I send pictures of your pets happy and healthy during every visit.

About: I have always grown up with dogs who we train as puppies. Because of this, I haver become known in my community as a pet person. This has allowed me to get multiple jobs from family and friends in the area. Now as I am on the road to finish college, newly married, and work as a music teacher, I am looking for ways to fill my breaks. Can't wait to meet your pets! I am looking to take care of pets during the summer and school breaks due to my teaching schedule. Because I would be free of work, I would be very flexible in how I can spend time with pets during these times. When visiting another home, I love to play and love on the animals inside. About: I’ve always had dogs at home, up to three at once! Most all raised and trained from puppy stages. I had a disabled dog recently who lost usage of her back legs and was incompetent. She required lots of help and being carried around but was a sweetheart. Currently I have eight geckos as well as two snakes, a skink, two cats (mostly outdoor) and one dog. My dogs name is Luna, she’s almost two years old, deaf and mentally special but as friendly as can be! (Several rooms for separation of my dog if needed as well as my crate. So far she gets along well with others) My current weekly routine is as follows: Monday: Feed Cats and Dog x2, feed and mist geckos Tuesday: Feed cats and dog x2 Wednesday: Feed cats and dogs x2, feed and mist geckos, feed skink, feed hognose Thursday: Feed cats and dog x2 Friday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed and most geckos Saturday: Feed cats and dog x2, feed skink Sunday: Feed cats and dog x2 Feed and mist geckos Saturday I go out about every hour and a half for potty breaks. I do not have a fence but I have a large pasture as well as lots of leads. I’m willing to walk for hours with your pet on a leash! I have one friendly pup to keep yours company and I have a spare room. I have the ability to crate my dog and space for a crate for yours if provided. We go out after every food and water break, get lots of cuddles and extra play time!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I just graduated high school and before college I have an abundance of free time. I love to exercise and taking care of animals would help a lot. I have a big home with a large back and front yard for them to run wild. About: As a lover of all creatures great and small and the owner of many myself I know how hard it can be to be away from your pets. I have experience with medicating pets as I’ve had several geriatric animals myself and I will send updates regularly. I am at home full time and spend most of my time with my animals. I would love to have the opportunity to care for yours as well. I have a 2 fenced yards, one enclosed boarding stall that is 15 by 15. I do allow dogs to be boarded in my home but they must be cat tested.

About: I can’t remember a time in my life I haven’t had at least 4 or 5 dogs around me. My family calls me a dog whisperer. Me and dogs just.. understand each other… I think they read the “grandparent” energy I have for them! Every dog loves me because I take care of them and listen to them. I have a beautiful 5 acres and the house for them to stay in and also a 1,200 square foot air conditioned clean garage for them to play in as well as a good yard and a perfect place to walk them if anyone likes their dogs to have extra walks. I’d love to take care of your babies for any reason! I’m pretty flexible so just let me know what you have in mind. I’m available all day every day pick up or drop off. Anytime any day. Dog boarding and grooming and training is what I do and no one does it better! I care for all animals as if they were my own babies. Animals have this pure energy that comes from them and we just understand each other. I love playing with and being around the animals and they love to be around me the same way. I make sure to be careful about leaving dogs unattended I always assure safety first. But a close second to safety is freedom. They love feeling free. And I offer them that safely.

About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I was a child. We're thrilled to welcome your dog to our home. One of our pups had knee surgery last year so I am well versed in senior care as well as special needs. I work from home so I am available to give your dogs all the TLC they crave as well as all the potty breaks needed. Weekdays and weekends are available. We offer a fenced-in backyard, we also have two friendly Brittnay Spaniels of our own who would love to keep your dog company.
