“Christina just home sat my dog and cat for a week. I was leaving the country so was a little anxious before i left as this was my first time to use Rover. But i had no reason to worry and any fears quickly disappeared. She was very professional in that she sent me updates and pictures of their activities every day. She had to leave one day for a few hours but let me know ahead of time then also when she left and came back. She took Roxy (my dog) on lots of walks and spent lots of time hanging out with Roxy and Harlie ( my cat). They, and my house, was well cared for. He came beforehand for a meet and greet so I could run through the pet routine and give him a key. This was my first time using Rover, and I needed a cat sitter at the last minute. Kristina was fantastic! She communicated regularly and sent daily pictures, which gave me peace of mind. She even provided a private room for Chloe to help reduce stress, which I really appreciated. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure Chloe was comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!
Karen was absolutely wonderful! We received frequent updates and took such amazing care of our pup as shown through the photos. She left the house immaculately clean and even washed her bedding. We were not expecting that! We will definitely use her again and she was an amazing fit with our reactive pup.
Ella is the best! She was so attentive and trustworthy when watching our dogs for a few days. I can tell she took care of them as if they were her own. She also sent us lots of updates and pictures the whole time without us asking. I would 100% recommend Ella as a rover anytime!
Monserrath was absolutely great! Kept us updated on how the pups were doing, giving each of them attention, and with 5 dogs, she had her hands full. She also provided us with great pup report cards at the end of her stay, noting behaviors, eating, and little details on how each pup did during her stay. We hope to use Monserrath again in the future!
Stephanie is such an amazing person to rely on for help with your pets. Since moving to San Antonio, we have struggled to find a pet sitter we can trust with our cat and elderly dog.
