I'm able and willing to accommodate most any request or need. Whether that's being mindful of strict dietary restrictions, providing plentiful exercise, or giving love and care to high-energy pets, no request is too much to handle. I'm accommodating of all energy levels, so happy to take your furry friends out for a walk or enjoy a little play in between work should it be a weekday. I'm also available most weekends and am happy to go elsewhere to their favorite park or trail in the area. I strive for proactive communication and to ease separation challenges, so don't be surprised if I send one too many pics of your kiddos at play 🙂

I don't have any breed preferences. All are loved and welcomed. I would ask only that I be made aware of any special accommodations or needs prior to sits. I'm also very accommodating of pre-visit/commit meets to ensure a mutual fit.

Originally moved to Austin near the Barton Skyway/Greenbelt area, so happy to walk your furry friend down there or play with them in my spacious backyard. I also have a few parks accessible in the area, so plenty of options for a fun-filled afternoon!

Hello fellow animal lovers! My name's Matt and I'm a Texas State grad enjoying life in San Antonio, where I've just recently moved from Austin to a home nestled in the Thousand Oaks/McAlister Park area. I work from home and am flexible in my commitments, which means constant care and attention for your furry friend! I've been around pets all my life, from having my own growing up to going off to college and enjoying the company of others'. I have no concerns with particular breeds or sizes. All are loved and welcomed! I also have a great deal of experience caring for older pups, as my mother and I rescued many strays and abandoned animals throughout my childhood. If you'd like to know anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Matthew took great care of our two goldens while we were on vacation! I appreciate that he took the time to do a meet and greet and worked to meet different needs for each of our dogs. Our home was also left in great condition!
Matthew is my go-to guy! He is awesome with my old doggo, even carrying him when his legs have given out. My place always looks exactly as I left it when I come back. Best of all, Matthew has gone above and beyond to work with my schedule changes. He's just the best!
Thanks again Matthew for watching our babies! It’s always great to be able to travel comfortably knowing they will be well taken care of!
An excellent first experience with Rover! We were on a cruise with no cell signal so I had to place a lot of trust on Matthew. He came beforehand for a meet and greet so I could run through the pet routine and give him a key. He messaged right before we got on the ship that everything was good and when we returned I got caught up with all the pictures. Many thanks, Matthew!
