“My pup, Archie, and I had a great meet-an-greet with Dawn. She took the time to let Archie wander through her lovely home and get to know the backyard (Archie's favorite place). We were both looking forward to Archie's scheduled visit. Unfortunately, my husband caught the flue and we had to cancel. Dawn was absolutely charming and understanding! She is so easy to communicate with answers text messages almost immediately. I'm looking forward to rescheduling.”

“We recently used Steve and Randi to watch our Lab for five days while we went out of the country, and we are glad that we did.  It was readily apparent upon meeting them that these were true dog people and that their own dog, Mika, was loved and well cared for.  They welcomed our pup, who is by no means small and can be a handful, with open arms.  Mika was thrilled to have a friend.  Their home is very dog-friendly, both inside and out, with plenty of room in their fenced back yard for exploration.  While we were away, we received daily updates and plenty of pictures.  When our returning flight was delayed a day, Steve and Randi were very understanding and accommodating.  This was our first experience using Rover pet sitters, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.  We'd definitely recommend Steve and Randi, and will use them again in the future.”

She went above and beyond by letting us rearrange her patio furniture and bring over Shadow’s ramp to make sure he was comfortable and safe.
