“Jennifer, Took care of Chelita after her surgery. I am always afraid to leave my baby🐶 with anybody, but Jennifer has a thorough, detail oriented, pleasant personality. I know Chelita was in good hands. Also very punctual, right on the clock!”

“Brittany treated our dog as if it were her own. He was so happy when I returned I could tell he had been very well taken care of. I greatly appreciate her service and would highly recommend her to others.”

About: I’ve dog sat a lot for family, friends, and even friends of my family. I’ve watched all different sizes and breeds from Husky’s and Pit mixes to Teacup Chihuahuas. I’ve mainly just done stop by feedings and overnight sitting. Since it’s summer I’m free for the most part since I don’t have college classes but I do have quite a bit of concerts and beach trips but I keep my availability updated very frequently. I’m currently looking for a part time job but I don’t have one now so I’m free a lot. I can stop by your home when available to feed, let potty, or even get a little energy out. At my house my dog is very lazy so we usually just hangout in my bed all day but when she decides she wants to play I take her outside with her ball or throw it down the hallway.
About: My mom was a vet tech growing up and I have been around all sized dogs my whole life. We have boarded them in our home, and I would like to continue to do so. Whether it is drop in visits or boarding, I have plenty of room to run. I am local to parks, and can tend to whatever the dogs may need exercise wise. I also enjoy walking all dogs, and I love all breeds. I am home most of the time, so the dogs won’t be stuck alone for hours on end. I work from home, so there will not be much of a time that the dogs will be alone. I can cater to whatever the dogs need. We have plenty of trails to walk (perks of living in the country” I have plenty of bones, toys, blankets, and anything to make your dog happy and comfortable.
“Thank you Christopher for your help. He was great with communication and he even arrived early for the check ins. I have a 1 year old and she is still potty training and gets anxious while I’m away. She left a surprise, but he was still willing to help and clean it up and I really appreciate that and still felt bad. I’m grateful he took the extra step, thank you.”

HERES THE SHORT OF IT (For those busy pet parents who do not have time to read ALL of this information below... seriously, please read all of this info if you have time!!!!) 1. We 100% require your pet to be crate trained!!!! It is for their safety and the safety of others. They will be crated for all meals and for rest times as well as for times when no supervision is available. 2. YOU MUST DESIGNATE A PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIME!!!! I cannot stress how important this is! To keep things rolling smoothly I have to maintain a schedule and routine. Therefore, If you say you need drop off from 8-9AM PLEASE Be here between 8-9AM to avoid having to be worked into the schedule a time that may be inconvenient for you. Same for pick up time! I am flexible and all I ask is for communication if your scheduled arrival or departure times change. 3. Your dog and cat MUST be fully vaccinated with age appropriate vaccines and on some form of flea prevention. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Now, for the pet parents who want a little more detailed info... PLEASE NOTE: Our hours are 7AM - 7PM Monday through Friday, 7AM - 5:30PM Saturday and Sunday We have school aged children who go to bed early and we try to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping traffic at a minimum late at night and early in the morning! We are certified in pet CPR and first aid. We are also grooming certified. We also have a certification in animal psychology, so rest assured that we are trained to read animal behaviors and mannerisms to keep your pets as safe and happy as possible. Our main focus is cats and dogs, however we have personal experience with caged animals as well as farm livestock. We have extensive experience with reptiles, mainly snakes and geckos but are open to caring for any type of pet as long as you can provide us with basic care instructions. We have two children who live in the home and play an active roll in the enrichment and care of your pets. While our kids know what is and is not tolerated and acceptable around pets, they are still fun, noisy children, so it is important that your pet be tolerant of kids in order for them to be happy and comfortable here. Our resident dogs are both well mannered and socialized. They love to play hard all day and snuggle at night. We also have resident cats who mingle well with other dogs, but are also content in her own space. So don’t fret if your dog is cat reactive, we can accommodate that, just please let us know upon booking so we can be sure to have our cats secured prior to your arrival. We currently offer boarding and daycare services and are home the majority of the day. Each dog (or siblings) will be given their own private space for feedings, quiet times and bed time. We STRICTLY REQUIRE your dogs be crate trained. If we find that your pet is not able to safely tolerate a crate we will unfortunately have to ask that you make alternative arrangements for them. Our entire home is available for your pets to enjoy and we also have a large fenced in yard as well as a 340 square foot detached recreation room for rainy day play and movie nights! Our yard is accessible from the home to the recreation room, therefore your pets will never leave a secured area from the time they step through the front door at drop off until the time they leave with you at pick up. We allow free flow from the home to the yard at your pets leisure, therefore we can easily accommodate elderly dogs or puppies who may need more frequent potty breaks. All pets in our care are required to have age appropriate vaccinations as well as be current on some form of flea and tick preventative. We do treat our yard monthly for pests, however we live in rural Randolph county and are surrounded by woods and farms. All rates are on a 24 hour rolling period. Time needed over the 24 hour period will result in a daycare charge added to your booking. Please specify your pick up and drop off times at the time of booking so we can properly accommodate you and your pet. You will be required to fill out a new client form prior to your first drop off. We cannot wait to meet you and your pets and are so honored to have the opportunity to serve our community! We are home full time with the exception of a few hours a day to run errands to commute our kids to and from school. We attempt to provide the same routine for your pet as you’d provide at your own home. Pets are allowed freedom to come inside the home to rest or to freely go outside to our fenced in yard for play time and potty breaks.
About: Animals have always played an important part in my life. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 10 years old. I have over 30 years of experience in animal husbandry and care. Whenever a family member needs to go out of town, I am the person that they ask to feed their cats and dogs. In college, I took my roommates dogs out for potty breaks and walks when she had classes. In 2021, I stayed for 5 months at a friend's house pet sitting their Chihuahua and cat. I volunteer to walk the dogs at the Guilford County animal shelter every Tuesday. Not only am I a pet sitter, I'm also a pet owner. I currently am owned by four cats and one spoiled pitbull. I just returned from being a Peace Corps volunteer in North Macedonia. My usual fulltime job is TESOL instructor, and this can be done remotely. I am currently not teaching. As a dog walker, I have the equipment to complete the task. I keep poop bags, dog treats, and extra leashes in my car. If I am in your home, I will be sure to follow your directions and keep you posted with pictures throughout the day.
