“We are so grateful we found Donelle. Immediately upon meeting we knew she would be a great fit for our pets. She was super lovely and kind, really thoughtful and thorough when it came to our pets care instructions. It eased our worries and hearts knowing she was there while we were away. 10/10 will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve been helping take care of dogs since I was in high school and want to help more people around my neighborhood and other communities with dog care. I’ve helped with a handful of different types of dogs and aside from dog care love helping out however I can. I’m currently working part time as security for special events. I am also enrolled in college online, but would like to take advantage of my free time helping others. I have a fenced yard and a dog husky mix of my own but she is extremely friendly even towards puppies, playful, or dogs that can be aggressive sometimes. I also have a garage in my backyard thats been converted to a room for me and the dogs I watch overnight or on weekends for friends or family. Aside from somewhere comfortable to sleep I make sure the dogs go on walks, get play time in the yard, and are hydrated/fed.

“Mikayla was great with Bubba. She was on time. She sent us lots of photos with updates. Our house was just as clean when she left as when she arrived. We came home to a happy dog. It’s obvious she is good with animals. Bubba loved her.”

About: I grew up taking care of 3 cats and 1 dog. Unfortunately 2 of my cats passed away due to old age, but one is still hanging on 14 years strong! My dog is older, but a few years ago I got my boyfriend a puppy, who ended up having puppies of his own. 2 from the litter are now mine and they are currently 1 year old. I care for them daily and have trained them ever since. I have helped my aunts and uncles with pet sitting as well when I was younger. They have 2 dogs and a bearded dragon along with 3 turtles. I am also volunteering at my local Veterinarian Office to gain experience to become a Veterinarian someday. I have a very flexible schedule, considering I take online college classes and I am currently unemployed. I can provide help anytime! I’ll let you know if I have busy days if needed. I have 2 friendly 1 year old dogs, but my family’s senior dog is harder to get along with. He’s not a fan of male dogs, but gets along well with females. I also have a slightly older dog who is the father of my two, but he lives with my boyfriend. I would love to have my other two around your dog if comfortable.

“Ashley has been great, she stepped up when another sitter had let us down. She did made sure to keep in contact with us during our trip and was very friendly and easy to communicate with.”
About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life, raising and training both rescues and puppies, from chihuahuas to rottweilers. I currently have 4 dogs. 2 are puppies in training. I am an electrical engineer and have a deep fascination with dogs and I can't help but go and greet every pup I see. I can offer dog walking and stop ins since I am very familiar with dogs that have too much energy after you get home every day, and it is a terrible feeling when life calls you away for a few days. I have tried to have family come by and check on my dogs when I am away for a few days but it's hard to find someone with the same level of concern and care. I strive to provide that peace of mind for others as I wish it would be done for me.
“caleb was amazing. His reviews definitely were exactly what I read. He was so attentive to my puppy and communicated with me throughout my entire trip. I definitely felt at ease while I was gone.”

Ranchos del Oro pet parents share their Rover experiences
We had the best experience with Rachel! She was kind enough to meet our boys beforehand, which meant a lot since they can be a little wild and we were nervous leaving them for the first time in five years. They were instantly calm and completely loved her. She kept us updated with lots of pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. She even cleaned up the backyard (which we did not expect at all!) and remembered from our meet and greet to check if Benny had any medications after his vet appointment. We’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave our boys. They clearly adore her, and we will definitely be requesting her again!
