I currently have three dogs of my own: Mako (the 9-year-old Pomeranian pictured on my profile), Sammy (a 13-year-old Terrier mix, not pictured), and Pumpkin (a 3-year-old Black Mouth Cur Pug mix, not pictured), so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pet’s care, safety, and daily routine. About: I have raised all of my dogs from puppies to be house trained and follow commands. I can follow a strict or lenient schedule depending on what your pets follow at home. I will always do my best at making your family feel as comfortable as possible! I am self-employed and have a very flexible schedule which allows me to take on multiple pets at a time and give them the attention they need. I have a fenced yard with four loving and energetic dogs. I am able to accommodate crate trained or non-crate trained animals. Your pets are always welcome inside as well.

About: I have taken care of pets basically my entire life, of course I have had to learn and improve my skills from when I was younger. My family members have many pets which they rely on me to take care of when they are unable to. I am also going to school for a degree in biological sciences in hopes to find a career as a vet tech or anything which will allow me to work closely with animals. :) I am a 4th year biological science major at UC Merced. I hope to pursue a career which will allow me to work with animals closely while also spending time outdoors. I also am very interested in learning about animal husbandry and pet care. I love taking walks in the mornings and evenings, perfect for when dogs need to go potty! My services are mostly in clients’ homes because I have two cats and a small house which will not be big enough for larger animals like dogs. The way I care for pets in clients’ homes will be up to the client themselves as every pet parent has different ground rules and boundaries for their fur babies. I will do the basics like feeding and playing but will refrain from most other things unless requested to avoid stepping over boundaries, especially in other people’s homes.

We will prioritize the safety and well-being of the pets at all times, closely monitoring their activities and interactions. I was a dog mom to my Chihuahua, Thunder, for 16 wonderful years, raising her from a puppy through her senior years until it was time to say goodbye. I also worked at PetSmart in Doggy Day Camp for about 10 months, where I supervised dogs of all sizes, monitored group play, recognized body language, and helped maintain a safe, positive environment. I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication, as well as supporting dogs with vision loss, herniated discs, and canine cognitive dysfunction (doggy dementia). My schedule is currently very flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. About: My family had puppy dog named Hazel who we had for about 3 years. I used to play fetch with her in the backyard when I’d come home from school when I was around 10. I’d help with baths, walking her, my mom taught me how bring her inside when I was home alone doing homework, she behaved great and protected me well. A few years later, she passed from choking while eating something that I think had a bone in it and that was the first experience of heartbreak/loss. A few years after that, I adopted my current pet cat on my birthday, Ace, who I love so much. I’ve always loved animals and give pets to dogs whenever I have permission to, my best friend has many dogs so when I go over her house, I get all the cuddles and get drooled on, which I’m used to at this point. I love watching dog training videos and educating myself as I get older so when I finally get a dog again, as an adult, I want to be prepared and educated on how to protect their health, feed them properly and keep them safe with proper nutrition, exercise and training. I would personally love to get myself a Doberman or German Shepherd (Like Hazel was). I often go to my aunts house who has multiple chunky french bulldogs and help her in anyway I can, I enjoy how sweet dogs are and would love to help do any training techniques you’d love your little doggo to be working on while you are away. I am also in the process of my goal of losing 100lbs! So this helps me get the exercise I need while doing something I’m passionate about! Weekday and Weekends for now, preferably during the Morning & Afternoons on Weekdays and anytime as long as there is a day notice beforehand so I can clear my schedule just for your pet. Not currently doing pet sitting or boarding at my own home, maybe I will be more likely to in the future but I’m not sure yet.
