“Dakota did an amazing job with our Luke! We had a trip that we had planned and we needed someone to watch Luke for about 9 days. I was very skeptical about leaving him with a complete stranger for that long but I had no other option. I came across a post from Dakota a couple weeks ago and I looked over her reviews and she seemed like the perfect candidate! She doesn’t watch tons of dogs at a time and that’s exactly what we needed since Luke is still a puppy and gets frightened and overwhelmed when there’s too much going on. While on our vacation we communicated with Dakota to check in on Luke and she gave us updates and reassurance. My daughter was having a hard time being away from him and Dakota’s videos of Luke really comforted her and helped her get through our trip without Luke. Our flight landed late at night and Dakota was very accommodating so that we could still pick up Luke. Overall he had a great stay and we will definitely continue to use Dakotas services. “Daysha is a lifesaver! I came into town from over eight hours away under very stressful circumstances and had never been to the area before. When my pet sitter canceled at the last minute, I decided to bring my almost two-year-old Chinese Crested with me. My mom suggested trying Rover for doggy daycare. It was 9 PM and less than 48 hours before my arrival, but Daysha responded immediately. She was communicative, professional, and instantly put my mind at ease. She happily agreed to care for my pup on short notice, asked thoughtful questions about his routine, diet, and personality, and was incredibly flexible with an early morning drop-off and pickup time. On our way there, we discovered that the nonrefundable hotel I had booked didn’t allow pets. I had been misinformed and immediately panicked. We reached out to Daysha to ask if she could accommodate an overnight stay instead—even though we were still seven hours away and wouldn’t arrive until around 11 PM. She didn’t hesitate for a second and said, “no problem!” My dog sleeps with me every night, and this was our first time apart. I hadn’t planned for him to stay elsewhere, but Daysha was completely prepared and even had a crate available since I hadn’t brought one. She and her adorable chihuahua mix, Harlow, met us outside, and we introduced the dogs on leash first in a neutral space—such a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. Then we moved to the backyard so they could get more comfortable off-leash. She even invited us inside briefly before I said goodbye, which I really appreciated. I was worried my pup might have a hard time adjusting, especially since he’s used to sleeping with me, but Daysha handled everything with ease. She didn’t force him into the crate (which meant a lot to me), and he ended up sleeping comfortably in the bed I brought. Throughout his stay, I received regular photo and video updates, and Daysha remained consistently communicative. Honestly, I think it was harder on me than it was on my dog! I’m so grateful for this experience—Daysha truly went above and beyond, and I would absolutely trust her again.”

“Dakota did an amazing job with our Luke! We had a trip that we had planned and we needed someone to watch Luke for about 9 days. I was very skeptical about leaving him with a complete stranger for that long but I had no other option. I came across a post from Dakota a couple weeks ago and I looked over her reviews and she seemed like the perfect candidate! She doesn’t watch tons of dogs at a time and that’s exactly what we needed since Luke is still a puppy and gets frightened and overwhelmed when there’s too much going on. While on our vacation we communicated with Dakota to check in on Luke and she gave us updates and reassurance. My daughter was having a hard time being away from him and Dakota’s videos of Luke really comforted her and helped her get through our trip without Luke. Our flight landed late at night and Dakota was very accommodating so that we could still pick up Luke. Overall he had a great stay and we will definitely continue to use Dakotas services.
