He even led the way into the house, just like he had been there before. Vicky was amazing. I truly appreciated the frequent photos and videos. Bruno never skipped any meals. We both discussed that the first night he may not eat dinner but he did. I loved that in each picture you could see that he had made himself at home. For me, then greatest tell of the care he received was when I picked him up. Naturally he was very excited for me to be there, but he would also go get a drink of water, and went back for rubs with Vicky as well. There aren't many people that will get deliberate attention from Bruno when I'm around. I know that Bruno was well cared for and I felt safe knowing Bruno was doing well.”

“Rich and Jeanette took wonderful care of our 3yo pug for almost two weeks, while we were on vacation. They sent us pictures and updates every two days or so and I am sure they would send more or less often, if requested. We were hesitant at first as we never booked a sitter prior to this and Noah was adopted from PACC within the year so we couldn't provide 100% information about his character. Carina was very patient with him and took him on walks he had many cuddles with her family. She updated us frequently while we were out of the country and even offered to purchase his treats that we forgot to leave with her. We will 100% rebook with her the next time we are in need! Thomas took great care of my dog. She had recently had surgery and needed some extra care, and she came home happy and the vet gave her good marks for healing up. I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate his willingness to adjust as my travel schedule shifted. I will definitely call him again when I need to board my dog.
