Throughout the week, I stay flexible so I can accommodate different routines, whether it’s early morning visits, evening checkins, or multiple visits per day. I also build in time for updates, so pet owners always know how their pet is doing. Since I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, it’s not just a task, it’s something I look forward to, making it easy to give each pet the care and attention they deserve. I provide care based on what makes each pet most comfortable, whether that’s in my home or yours. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and quiet companionship, so they feel safe in their own space. About: I have been caring for animals my whole life, including having had cats, dogs, fish, and as a pet. I am familiar with caring for older animals that have lost the ability to fully care for themselves, caring for puppies or kittens, and pets with disabilities (blind, or sick etc.). So I am qualified to care for a pet at any age and just about any level of health! I work my own hours at my job and I have no scheduled weekly activities so I am free to come by and help at almost any day/time! I care for my cat at home by spending time with her playing and cuddling when I am free, letting her curl up with me in bed, and having her sit with me while I cook or do homework! In a client's home I would be interacting with the pets, feeding them, walking them to give them good exercise (for applicable pets), giving them cuddles and love, and providing a safe, clean space for them!

About: I have taken care of animals on my own since I was a child ranging from indoor pets of any kind you can think or to large animals on a farm. I started out pet sitting with my mother at a young age riding along and helping her. At the age of 16 I started doing it in my own I treat every pet like family by providing feeding, potty breaks, outdoor playtime, walks, medication administration, baths upon request, cuddles, and individualized care to match their unique needs and routine. I am flexible and able to take on last minute bookings with the advantage of being home everyday. And can make multiple trips if needed for your pet. I am also able to stay in your home if that is what comforts your pet the most. I treat every person as if they’re my own and will give them the love care and patience they need. Strict boundaries and routine for your pet, leave me a list and it will be followed as expected. Puppy crate training and makes a mess no worries I can clean it up and bath them to have them comfortable again. You can count on me.

About: Having owned a barn I have experience with all types of pets. I have experience with difficult pet kids. Trained in administering oral, IV & IM meds. My schedule allows me to be available anytime at your place or mine. Boarding, daily walks, just some together time or vet apts. Your companions care is my priority. Your fur babies are treated to long walks and massages. They will be the only pet(s) staying at my place. I care for them as my own.

About: I have had my own dogs and cats my whole life and currently have one dog and one cat. I worked at an animal shelter through high school with all kinds of dogs and cats and am comfortable with pretty much anything they can throw at me. Sometimes accidents happen and it’s ok and sometimes they get scared when new people are around which is totally understandable. I’m very comfortable being patient with any animal who needs a little extra love and understanding. I am currently a full time student and usually my day is pretty open on any day I don’t have class and in between my classes. I have two pets of my own who I get up early to take care of before class and always make sure I’m home to take care of after class. Weekends that I’m not visiting family are usually completely free as well. In a client’s home, the most important thing for any nervous pet will be respecting boundaries. I have a nervous girl dog and girl cat so I totally understand when they are a little hesitant to new people. But if they are sociable and want plenty of love I can absolutely give that too. I am very good at reading their body language and actions to determine what they want or need in the moment and will absolutely respect that their space if they want that.

About: Hi!! My name is Joanna, but everyone calls me Jo. I have been around all sorts of animals my entire life and greatly believe in building a bond with each pet. I currently have four pets of my own, including two cats, one dog, and a leopard gecko. I have over 5 years of experience in pet care, where my responsibilities have included daily walks, feeding, enrichment, and administering medications as needed. I have cared for various breeds, including cats, dogs, reptiles, and small mammals, always ensuring each pet's unique needs are met. I am always open to pet-sitting for any breed or species :) As a pet owner and caregiver, I have experience in caring for senior dogs and those with special needs. I have experience in administering medications, managing dietary restrictions, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and helping them feel confident and at ease in their environments. I have experience fostering several animals, from semi-feral kittens to a pitbull-staffy mix that was heartworm positive (and a foster fail). I worked through the process of humanely trapping them, spaying/neutering, socializing, and then re-homing them. I have an open schedule, which is flexible to fit the needs of your furbabies. I am open to taking late requests and strive to be convenient for your schedule. I spend a lot of my day caring for my own furbabies. I have a senior cat, Stacy, who loves cuddles and naptime, as well as an orange boy named Maroon, who spends his days climbing, playing, and occasionally going on leash walks. The newest addition to my family is Squirrel, a two-year-old pitbull-staffy mix, whom I spent the last 2 months fostering amidst a heartworm diagnosis and treatment. I love practicing force-free training, going on hikes, and then joining him for cuddles on the couch. I also have a four-year-old Leopard Gecko named Luz. She is the smallest pet but has the largest personality. I enjoy handling her, educating myself on proper care, providing enrichment, and adapting to her unique needs. Pet care and maintenance are already a daily part of my routine. While watching others' furbabies, I pride myself on respect, understanding, and adapting to needs. I strive to ensure that your pet is safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own. I love sending updates, asking questions, and taking lots of funny photos.

For dogs, I ask to go on a short walk during this time with the owner(s). During this time, we will go over their routine, all no-nos, food, treats, toys, emergency info, and any additional information you think I should know. With your permission, I will record this session of my phone so that I can generate a transcript and make a care routine document for you, so that you won't have to. You will also get a copy of this document that you can pass to others!
