About: I have taken care of animals since I was 12. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine Concentration. I also graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology as an Assistant Animal Laboratory Technician. With that being, said I have a vast amount of experience on how to care for animals. I am currently working part time, so I have a flexible availability when it comes to caring for your pet(s). Monday-Thursday I am available after 3pm, and Friday-Sunday I have full availability. I usually would let the animal get used to my scent and me being in their space, and then I would care for the dog by feeding them, and taking them to go potty. Then, I would play with them to ensure that they do not get bored and not have separation anxiety.

A couch potato or a pet that loves to run and play, I can keep up with either. :-) I can work from home for short periods if absolutely necessary as well, so your baby doesn’t have to be alone. I currently work full-time in a office, but have the ability to work from home if absolutely necessary for short periods (2-3 days at a time), I work a regular morning schedule and am off at 4:30 every day, and am off on the weekends. I also get an hour lunch, so I can stop by to check on pets during that time as well. I follow your routine; feeding, walking, giving meds. Giving them at least an hour of play a day, or more if that’s a part of your normal schedule. Keeping them engaged, or just relaxing with them on the couch; whichever they prefer to make sure your pet has the most comfort. Keeping their environment clean, tidy, and organized. No litter box left unclean! Plus making sure to keep all doors locked, and personal items out of pets’ reach.
