I was hired for drop-in visits . I let time get away from me for two visits. One of the things that Rover does well is notify dog owners know when their sitter/carer is onsite. The owner notified me when I did not arrive within a reasonable time of the scheduled time and I immediately went to the client site. The dog was fine but the owner was obviously alarmed and terminated the relationship. I take full responsibility for those lapses and they will not happen again.
