About: I am an animal lover who has made my career for 17 years as of 2026 as a pet stylist and doggy daycare supervisor. I have been called the dog whisperer! Every pet I have met and/ or groomed is part of my family. I am most available as an overnight sitter as I currently have a day job. Most of my clients’ pets are used to this schedule already. I have passed multiple safety tests in pet care and became a Certified groomer through a 2 year apprenticeship program at Petco Germantown in 2009. I have also worked at Hollywood Feed and two doggy daycares as the sole groomer and manager of the salon.

As a lifelong dog owner, I’ve cared for both energetic pups and senior dogs who required extra patience, compassion, and attentive care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. My home is clean, smoke-free, calm, and pet-friendly, with a securely fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play. I also live near several parks and walking trails, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. I have a friendly, social cat who gets along well with other animals and can be comfortably kept anway and completely separated if needed. I also have a sweet, laid-back, crate-trained 7-year-old Chihuahua who enjoys playing with visiting dogs of all sizes and has a gentle temperament. With over 13 years of experience caring for dogs, including senior dogs and those with disabilities, anxiety, and special needs, I understand that every pet is unique. My professional background as a therapist has strengthened my patience, observation skills, and ability to remain calm and attentive, helping me recognize changes in behavior and provide compassionate, individualized care. I’m comfortable administering medications, providing baths and light grooming if requested, and carefully following your pet’s feeding schedule, exercise routine, and any special instructions. Pets are welcome on the furniture, and you’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and treated like one of my own.

About: I am a pet person! I’ve had dogs since I was a child and have cared for my own dogs and cats throughout my adult life. Animals have always been part of my family, and I truly love caring for fur babies of all ages and personalities. I treat every pet like my own, with patience, affection, attention, cuddles, and lots of love. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m known in my community for taking care of friends’ pets when they’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, supervision, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a safe, walkable neighborhood and love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved. My home is very pet-friendly, I have a large, fenced in backyard, and I genuinely enjoy having animals as part of my daily life. I have a secure fenced-in backyard with plenty of green space for dogs to safely play, explore, and get exercise. If needed, I can also crate pets according to the owner’s instructions and comfort level.

About: I enjoy taking care of dogs. They all have their own unique personalities and are so loving! I enjoy being a calm consistent presence. I take pride in owners knowing and feeling like their family is safe, secure and getting the attention needed. I know leaving your pet can be stressful but trust me they will be left in great hands. I work in the education field so I am mostly available on the weekends. We have several breaks throughout the year, so I am also available during our breaks. I am able to follow any routines that mimick life at home so your pet will feel comfortable while you're away. Your pets are free to walk around my home, I can crate if that's your preference. I also live in an area where your pet can walk and run around freely. Keeping your pets happy while you're away is my mission.

About: We are a married couple in our 40s interested in house/pet-sitting together. We have pet-sat for a few NC and TN families for the past several years, and both of us had pet-sat before we met as well. Zachary works from home and so will be around the house much of the day if dogs need a mid-day walk or meal. Denny wakes up early and can feed and walk dogs in the early morning. Between us, we have experience with cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, rabbits, livestock, reptiles, and amphibians. We are willing to work with other animals as well. We prefer to sleep at the pet-owner's home when needed, as this means that we’re around and available for the pets at various times throughout the day. Denny also does drop-in care and dog-walking. Zachary has experience training dogs and volunteering with cats as well. Looking forward to meeting you! Zachary has a flexible work schedule and works from home. Denny is available to care for pets in the mornings, sometimes late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We both enjoy walking and hiking and would love to take your dogs for walks. We don’t bring pets into our home but prefer overnight care in the pets’ home and are also open to drop-in care and walks. We are both very gentle with dogs and cats and enjoy lots of cuddles with pets, and we also make sure to take them for walks if desired.

About: I’ve had an assortment of pets my whole life, and was a groomer for several years. I’ve worked with pets big and small, from the greatest of Danes and even creepy crawlies! I love working with animals and have nothing to do but snuggle pets in my spare time! I have a flexible schedule and am happy to help accommodate you in any way I can! I want to bring comfort to your pets while you have to be away! As a fur mom of a couple of “Velcro” dogs myself, I know how sad they can be without us! I really love to chat with them while I am there!

About: I work from home so I can give 100% of my attention! I’ve been pet sitting consistently for 3 years! I’m an active person that goes on daily walks! I work from home full time so I can give 100% of my attention. I have more availability on the weekend and can provide more attention and more walks! I live in a one bedroom apartment w/ ac. For the the most part it’s pretty quiet. I’m close to a dog park that they’ll enjoy!

About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. I currently work full time with dogs on a daily basis, but love to fit in extra care when I can. I am often available for house visits, overnight visits, and more! Ideally for overnight visits, the pup/pet would be okay for 8 hours at a time due to work, but always willing to be flexible or work around as best I can. I love getting to care for pet’s in their own home, as it adds an extra level of comfort for them. I love learning their routines and following a structure that is familiar to them to make things a little less stressful!
