“Gabby was great. I was really nervous to leave my pet for the weekend, but Gabby did a drop in visit and also met with us before we left to get instructions. She was easy to communicate with and I appreciated her staying overnight while we were away. Gave us piece of mind. Wonderful experience.”
2. Austin B.
“Austin was amazing. He stayed with the dogs over the weekend. He sent pics and text periodically. He maintained their routine with walks and lots of running time. I can't tell you how reassured we were having him there. When we got home you would not have even known he was there. Everything was exactly the way we left it. We can't thank him enough. He will definitely be our go to for sure. He has made furever friends with our girls.”
3. Garrah N.
“Garrah was great with my dog! This was my first time using Rover so I knew my dog was going to be anxious. She was awesome keeping me in the loop of how things were going and providing extra attentiveness where it was needed. Definitely recommend!”
4. Alexis C.
“The first thing Alexis does when she comes to our home is greet our pets! She is definitely a pet lover, and I trust her to care for our fur babies when we are out of town for the weekends. Alexis is a timely, and responsible individual that we can count on. She has such a friendly and fun personality, we love her!!”
5. Sara N.
About: I have always loved spending time with animals, and have always helped out my relatives and neighbors with their own. I have helped with energetic puppies, property guard dogs, and the old and sick dogs. I can feed them, walk them, play with them, bathe them and help with any other grooming, and give medication. I enjoy spending time with them and just getting to know each animal (but dogs, cats, and horses especially) individually and doing what they enjoy weather it's hiking a forest trail or lazing on the coach. I am a student in university and have classes everyday. If I am pet sitting during the weekend, there are a few hours between morning and afternoon where I will be gone. I made sure to follow the feeding and walking schedule given to me by the owners. If dogs are let off leash outside I make sure it's in a gated area or in the way the owners are comfterable with. I watch to make sure they don't eat anything, or get into dangerous interactions with other animals. At the moment I can't board and dogs in my house but that will change in the future.
6. Laramie W.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. I believe all animals should be cared for in an ethic manner. Pets thoughts and feelings matter. I work full time Monday-Friday. 7am-3pm. If you can pick up before I leave for work. I can provide boarding on a work day. I can care for pets anytime outside of my work schedule. I currently only have 3 caged guinea pigs as pets. I do not have a fenced in yard. I do go on long walks for potty breaks and exercise. I love walking.
7. Madison H.
“Madison was so wonderful to my furbabies! I have four cats and she showed them all such love and care. They love her and we'll definitely be using her again next time we go on a vacation. She kept me updated with pictures and she made sure all my babies were getting plenty of love while I couldn't be there. She followed all my instructions and was so easy to work with!”
8. Sarah N.
“I live with Sarah and she takes care of my dog Ice when I work full time. He loves her almost more than he loves me I tend to think sometimes, but it’s awesome to see how close they are. She’s patient with him and always has been and she is very attentive to him.”
9. Keli G. K.
About: Spring of 2003 began my involvement with pet rescue and care. I've assisted in the births of a number of litters and potty trained dogs. We have 2 cats, a miniature pinscher pup. Laid back home. I love to jog so high energy dogs welcome as well. We do smoke marijuana in the home. Update: I have recently relocated back to Quincy to be closer to family for personal reasons and going back to work. Originally: I am taking time off from working to start training our pup as a service dog after potty training is complete and to begin online college classes in January. We have a large Victorian home and large unfenced yard. We love high energy animals, especially those who like rabbits. We have teenagers & a 9 year old who LOVE all animals. For house sitting fur babies, I am a laid back yet active care giver. I do NOT physically discipline them so don't ask me to do so. Strong vocal tone & consistency or water spray bottles are it.

11. Meagan W.
“Meagan was awesome. She took extra care with my elderly dog to ensure she was eating. She played with our active dog to ensure he got exercise. She checked in with us regularly which gave us comfort. She even went the extra mile and battled an invasion of ants!!! We will definitely use Meagan's services again. We couldn't be happier with the care, love and attention she gave our furry family members.”

16. Hank R.
About: Hello! My name is Hank. As a child and into my early adulthood, I always had large breed dogs Dalmatians, Golden Retrievers, Australian Sheep Dogs, Irish Setters, and Weimaraner's. So I’m skilled on how to handle the Big Boys, and love the Little and Mid Sized Fur Babies just as much. I Live and Work near Loyola U, with all our Beaches, Dog Parks and other fun places for your Fur Baby and I to discover on our next adventure. Upon moving to Chicago, I said I’d never have another large breed dog without a large backyard. Well my becoming a homeowner is just not in the cards and I miss my furry friends, so I feel Rover is a Great Fit. Avid Runner here, so if your dog needs more than just a walk, I’m your guy! I've lived in the Rogers Park neighborhood for about 10 years, and just love our diverse community. Lake dweller here, so South Loop to Evanston, and many of the near West Neighborhoods. I work in Tech Sales by day, in a hybrid role of WFH and in office. The office is only 2 blocks from my home, and can easily run home on my hour lunch when needed. I only board one dog/family at a time. So your Fur Baby/ies are my only guests. Pet's have free rein over my home, unless the owner specifically states they are to be crated while I am away. 17. Demi B.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young, from pet sitting for neighbors to taking care of my own pets. I have had cats and dogs in my home since before I can remember and now have two dogs of my own. I just recently finished up volunteering at the local zoo to help feed and take care of the animals. Any time I can spend with animals, I do! I can’t wait to care for your family pet! I am currently off for the summer, so I will have plenty of time to walk and play with your pet whenever you need it! I have two friendly dogs to keep your pup entertained, their names are Benson and Remington. I have a crate in my home if that helps your pet feel safe or they are able to stay out. We typically go for 3-4 walks per day.
