“Nikki is perfect as always! We love her so much…. Maverick loves being there. I never worry about him because he’s extra loved. You will not be disappointed with her care and service.”

“My first time ever boarding my cat for the day. I was very hesitant and know it’s not the best for cats however had an emergency come up that required this to be my only option for the day. She was timely with response, handled everything with care and worked with me on pick up as this changed on my end as well. I highly recommend!”

“James, Myrna, (and Maggie!) were caring and communicative and took good care of Spencer. Will definitely use them again. They have a wonderful house with a doggie door to an absolutely huge back yard. Spencer likes to run and I saw many videos of him doing so. Pictures and videos were sent multiple times a day. A+!”

“Lauryn was amazing with our dog, Buttercup. We boarded her for seven days while we were on our cruise, and Lauryn took excellent care of her the entire time. She kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind. Buttercup was happy, comfortable, and well loved. We’ll definitely use her again!”

“The best dog boarder we've had, she took extra special care of my girls I'm sure they felt like they were at home. Lots of space that's fenced in so they were able to play and be safe we'll definitely be seeing her again. Thank you again for being so welcoming.”

“If I could give Allie a 1 billion star rating I would, Her care and constant updates kept my mind at ease while I was away she is truly amazing! And since she is so close to my sisters house I will MOST DEFINITELY keep her as my go to anytime I am in Mobile visiting my sister!! Thank you so much Allie God bless🙏🏽”

“Courtney was an excellent sitter and very pleasant to meet. We met prior to the stay and although Beta was a little wary of her dog, Tito, she was phenomenal in getting them comfortable with each other. Beta has had exposure with many dogs but I was a bit nervous as most parents of how he would handle to anxiety (he has quite a bit at times!) I am so incredibly happy with Courtney's expertise and her sweet pictures that she sent during out trip. She is highly recommended!”
“Once again, Callie was great with our dog! I love that she is so friendly, flexible, and she sends the best pictures! She could really charge for her photography skills as well (our boy is SUPER hyper so i can never get a good picture of him). I don't worry about him getting loose with her like I have with previous pet sitters. Highly recommend using Callie!”

About: I have over 15 years of dog sitting experience, plus several years working with Rover before moving overseas with the military! I am so excited to be back and working with Rover again to give more pups & pet parents the 5 star treatment. I have worked with dogs of all sizes, and those with medical needs. As a stay at home mama, rest assured your pups will have someone home with them during the day so they won’t feel alone or stressed during their stay. Our goal is for your pups to feel like they’ve been on vacation too 💜 I’m a stay at home mama, so my life revolves around taking care of my husband, daughter, & your pups! Daily walks get us out of the house, while tough toys get lots of playtime while we’re hanging out inside. Bring your pup’s favorite ball for an endless game of fetch because our daughter loves to throw the ball for pups! I have a fully fenced 4 acre yard on a very quiet street. Although we do have doggy doors, they are closed so that someone is outside with the dogs for all potty breaks. Our neighborhood is just one long circular road, so perfect for frequent, safe walks. I keep the same rules at our house as you do at yours. If you allow pups on the furniture, so do we. If you have a pup sleep in your bed at night, they are more than welcome to sleep in ours! We want your pet to feel fully loved when they’re with us! One of the greatest compliments we receive from pet parents is how excited the pups get when they’re come back, so they know they’re enjoying their stays!
“This was our first time having to leave our dog with someone who isn't family. I was pretty nervous, but Victoria was amazing. We went and met her before his stay so he could check everything out. She was great about introducing him to her dogs. She sent pictures and updates while we were gone. It was nice to have peace of mind about leaving him and we will definitely be seeing Victoria again. Highly recommend!”

“In my professional opinion, it appears that the universe may have intervened to introduce Charlie into our lives. During an urgent situation, Charlie promptly arrived and assumed responsibility for our 80-pound PitBull. Naturally, I was concerned since our dog had never been left with anyone other than us. However, Charlie demonstrated exceptional competence in handling our pet, and Bentley responded with remarkable receptiveness. It is evident that Charlie possesses a unique talent in understanding and communicating with dogs, which makes him an ideal candidate for our full-time dog-sitting needs.”

“Ann did a wonderful job with taking care of our beloved Bella. She is a dog of 10 years and has some special needs with taking medicine.when we picked Bella’s up she seemed very happy.which tells me she was well taken care of. Ann also sent us pictures every day which was a great piece of mind for me. Thank you very much Ann. We definitely recommend her and will leave Bella with her again.”

“Fantastic sitter!! Very nice and communicative. I’m always stressed out when I have to leave my dogs, but Isabella gave me complete peace of mind. Took lots of pics and my dogs had so much fun with her:)”

“This was the 2nd time Piper has taken care of our Marlo this year. He's always in good spirits when we pick up. I think he gets more spoiled over their than at home.”

“This was our first time to use a sitter other than family. We met Lauri prior to our vacation and she put our mind at ease. She sent us pictures of Bailey, (our mini golden doodle puppy) daily - Bailey seemed to enjoy her time with Lauri. We will definitely be calling on Lauri again.”

“I was given updates and pictures multiple times throughout each day. My texts were replied to quickly once i dropped my girls off. When it came time to pick up my girls it was late at night but the communication was still on point.”

“Ms. Brenda is so patient and has such a great spirit. She did an awesome job with my puppy Ceazer. It was his first stay with her. She updated us with photos and of his well being. When we picked him up, he was happy and energetic as ever! Thanks again💜”

About: Hi, I’m Paula! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—I’ve had dogs since I was 8 years old, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m a complete softie for pets, and I do everything in my power to make sure every dog or cat in my care feels safe, loved, and genuinely happy. At home, my family includes two American Bullies and one cat, so I’m very comfortable with multi‑pet households and all the energy, personality, and joy that comes with them. I have a special love for bully breeds, but I truly enjoy working with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Because my own pets have needed medication in the past, I’m experienced with administering medicine and keeping pets calm and comfortable during the process. Whether it’s daily routines, special instructions, or extra cuddles, I’m attentive and committed to giving each pet the best experience possible. My home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Medal of Honor Park—perfect for walks, sniff breaks, and outdoor time. I’m also only about 15 minutes from Hophounds, the dog park/bar, which gives me even more options for fun outings when appropriate. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pets like family, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely loves what they do, I’d be honored to care for your furry loved ones. Pet care is already a built‑in part of my everyday life. With two American Bullies and a cat at home, my routine naturally revolves around feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure everyone gets the attention they need. I’m used to managing different personalities and schedules, so adding another pet into my routine feels seamless. Throughout the week, I make time for morning and evening walks, enrichment, cleaning litter boxes, and keeping up with any medications or special instructions. Because caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, it never feels like an extra task—it’s just part of how my days flow. Whether it’s daily check‑ins or longer stays, I’m already in the rhythm of providing consistent, loving care. When pets stay in my home, they’re welcomed into a calm, safe, and pet‑friendly environment. I have two American Bullies and a cat, so I’m already used to managing different personalities and making sure everyone feels comfortable. I keep routines consistent with what each pet is used to—regular feeding times, walks, play sessions, enrichment, and plenty of affection. My home is in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from Medal of Honor Park, which makes daily walks and outdoor time easy and enjoyable. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel secure while their family is away. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding and litter care to walks, medication, and any special needs. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality and comfort level, whether that means slow introductions, extra playtime, or simply offering calm companionship. In both settings, my goal is the same: to make every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for, just like I do with my own animals
“Michael was a great Rover!! Great communicator- sent many updates and photos! Was very understanding of our dogs’ needs! Would definitely recommend to anyone we know!”

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life and love all animals! I also have been a pet caretaker on the side for many years for my neighbors and enjoy taking care of people’s pets while their away! I am a public school teacher and would love to take care of your fur babies! I have a flexible schedule since I’m off all holidays and summer. I have a fenced in yard as well as a screened in patio with a doggy door. My dogs enjoys playing in the yard and we love hanging outside with them. My dogs stay inside and are a big part of our family. We take them for walks in the adjoining neighborhood since they have a sidewalk. I live in a small one street neighborhood where all our neighbors are very close and look out of each other.
Prospect dog parents share their Rover experiences
Paula was awesome! She asked all the questions to make sure our fur baby was well taken care of. We had a meet and greet before the drop off to make sure all the fur babies would get along, and they did! When we dropped off our baby, she told us she would send so many pictures and videos. She took our baby on adventures to the park and let him have all the fun! Highly recommended 10/10 5 gold stars!
