Communication was great, we were accommodated when drop-off time changed last minute, received pics/videos during Zuzu's stay, and received very helpful feedback on Zuzu when we picked him up. Oliver had a wonderful stay at James’! He was well cared for, happy, and comfortable when we picked him up. Oliver also got well acquainted with Spike, the most adorable good boy! This was a last minute booking on a holiday weekend and she still made the time to do a meet and greet and was very flexible with pick up and drop off times.
