Lifelong Dog Lover!
Hi there! I've been a dog lover my whole life. Growing up we had 2 dogs, a cocker spaniel and a golden retriever/samoyed mix. In high school I volunteered at the SPCA, in college I was a dog walker and worked at a doggie day care, and before I got my own pup in my late 20s I was the girl staring longingly at dogs playing in dog parks. I just had to say goodbye to my rescue dog after 15+ years in May 2026. When your dog stays with me, I guarantee lots of attention and kisses. They can run around in my backyard as much as they'd like or just snooze on the couch (hey, we all love a nice daytime nap!). I can also take them for walks during the day and, if you're comfortable, would be happy to take them to a dog park if that's their jam. I'm a mom of 2 little kids and 3 stepkids, all of whom adore dogs. I work from home 3 days a week, so I'm here all day on those days to give your doggo lots of love and attention. I have a sizeable house with a large, fenced-in yard, so your dog can play outside as much as he/she wants to during the day. I will absolutely send you photos of your dog during their stay too, please never feel hesitant to ask me for more photos of your pup!

Aly and her sweet family were wonderful hosts to our very energetic dog, Maple. She was so kind to send us pictures and videos of how Maple was doing. At the end of Maple’s stay, we picked up a very tired and happy dog. We highly recommend Aly as a host!

I work from home 3 days a week, so am around all day to take care of your dog and give him or her all the attention they deserve!

I have a large, fenced-in yard and my neighborhood has a sidewalk path that's a little over a 1 mile loop, perfect for nice walks!
A typical day
I'll let the dogs run around in my large, fenced-in backyard, and play fetch if they like to! Your baby will get lots of snuggles from me and my kiddos. I work from home so I keep an extra dog bed in my office for my "home away from home" pups, and they can hang out with me or cuddle up on a couch, bed, or out on the screened-in porch.
