1. Diana S.
“Diana was fantastic! She messaged me every day of my trip with my photos and updates of Pippi. This was my first time having a sitter at my house and it worked so well with my senior dog. I was so happy knowing she was comfortable at home and in good hands. I will definitely be using Diana in the future!”
2. Kris S.
“Kris was an amazing dog sitter! She has watched my dog several times. And this time it included six puppies! She was so amazing making sure that all of their needs were met. I would highly recommend her. She is very dependable, reliable, and my dogs love her and her positive energy. I plan to continue to use her in the future!”
3. Hakan C.
“Worried about taking trips to the mainland and leaving your pets behind? Don’t, Hakan is the best pet and house sitter you could ask for. We have a terror of a chihuahua and an indoor cat and he managed them perfectly for over a week. We’ve had bad experiences with pet sitters before but you won’t have to worry about that with Hakan. He’s honest and dependable. Worried your sitter won’t answer the phone or reply to messages for days? That won’t be the case here, he always responded in a timely manner and he always kept us updated on how things were going. I would strongly recommend Hakan for all your pet and house sitting needs.”
4. Jack Y.
“Jack did great. Our dogs really loved him and we will definitely book again!”

6. Sarah L.
“My 4 furry kids took to Sarah immediately! As an individual she is reliable, loving and kind and quick to learn the somewhat complicated matter with food allergies and feeding, medication and supplements. She also shared pictures on text.”

About: I’ve raised 10 (mostly large and hairy) dogs from puppy through the rainbow bridge. I’m single and semi-retired , with a large and a small dog park in our apartment complex. I can provide lots of time and love to your sweet pups ❤️ I’m available most days, nights and weekends . I work on call 4 -6 times a month. When I had my Saint Bernard , I took her out to walk and potty at least 4 times a day . I have a dog park within walking distance for large dogs and a separate dog park for small dogs. I have not crated my dogs in the past, but don’t mind crating at all .
8. Patti C.
“Reliable, sweet and professional.”
9. Bernice M.
“Bailey, our Yorkie, has separation anxiety and does not care to be around other dogs or young children. So when we interviewed Bernice and learned that her landlord doesn't allow her to have pets, but she loves animals, I had to meet her. We scheduled several four-hour visits, and after seeing that Bailey enjoyed being with her, we left for a 10-day trip to Japan. Bernice kept us updated with text and pictures. Best of all, she spoiled him by letting him sleep in her bed at night. During the day, she took him for walks at the same times to keep the continuity of his schedule. She works from home, so Bernice is your answer if your dog has separation anxiety. I think her calm demeanor and loving attention made Bailey feel comfortable, and that, in turn, made my husband and I relieved to leave him for the first time. If you prefer a calmer one-on-one home environment with an extremely caring and responsible sitter, I highly recommend Bernice.”
10. Erma R.
“Erma is a Jem! From the time my dogs walked in the door they loved her. Her over the top demeanor of care and kindness shows in how she presents herself. I could tell that the dogs had been well cared for by the quiet way they were when I returned! I highly recommend her. She won’t let you down.”
11. Eric B.
“I have known Eric all of his life, he is my son. We had three dogs when he was born and always had dogs in the house as Eric grew up. He loves and respects all animals and especially dogs. I have left my dogs in his care on many occasions and he is meticulous in keeping their routines intact, playing with them, and caring for all of their needs. He is honest and reliable and would be a fine addition to your business.”
12. Taylor M.
“I recently had the pleasure of having Taylor dog and house sit for me, and I can’t recommend her enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly reliable and trustworthy. She took excellent care of my home and my dog, ensuring everything was in perfect order and Cooper was happy and well-loved. Taylor communicated regularly, sending updates and photos that put my mind at ease while I was away. I came back to a spotless house and a content pup who clearly enjoyed their time together. It’s evident that Taylor genuinely cares about animals and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. Thank you for the fantastic experience!”
13. Cristina P.
“Thank you Cristina for taking care of our babies over the weekend! I was very nervous leaving my pets with someone they were not familiar with but she put me at ease! Cristina communicated with me everyday, sending me videos and updates. I would highly recommend her! Thank you Cristina!”
14. Elisa B.
“Elisa is mature, kind, gentle, and very warm. She is a responsible and experienced caregiver. She loves dogs and cats and they, in turn, love her. We do not worry at all when Elisa is house/pet sitting.”
15. Kerin G.
“Kerin truly loves dogs. I put her in charge of a dog for a half of a day and when she is watching dogs, she is reliable to walk it feed it love it and do whatever the dog needs. She loves dogs a lot. Perhaps this is sustainable because she doesn't have a dog herself. She will take great care of any pup out there and would strongly recommend her.”
16. Elissa C.
“Elissa took great care of our cats and our house while we were away. She sent pictures”
17. moe p.
“Molly was wonderful with our family dog. She was gentle, caring and responsible throughout her life. She has continued the same role with own dog. Molly is hard working and very reliable in any job takes. Sven P”
18. Jasmine R.
“Jasmine is an extremely positive beam of light! She’s caring and kind. Lover of animals, nature, and all things clean and good! The best person you want to watch your pet.”

About: I previously had a German Shepherd, and my friend that I lived with had a litter of German Shepherd puppies! This breed needs A LOT of activity, play time, and adventure that we very much kept up on. My 9 year old son and I are always out adventuring at the beach, at a park, or on a hike! We would love to include a furry friend in our adventures or in our activities for the day, coming to your house and giving them love. We frequently visit the Humane society to give and receive love from all of the beautiful animals that are in need of it. Homesteading and Gardening are a lifestyle for my family and I. We love caring for all animals and currently have bunnies , cats , and a small pond with fish that my Son tends to daily. Quit dealing with flakes and book us. We have reverence for all life. I am willing to take care of exotic pets and farm animals as well.

About: Hi pet owners!! Nice to meet ya! I’m Katie, and I’ve been on Rover since October 2022! I have a flexible schedule and am very active. I’ve grown up with dogs, but I prefer to be the “cool aunt” now. I adore all breeds and all sizes. Happy to accommodate to all the needs of your fur babies!! A little about me: I’m originally from Chicago, spent 2 years in Austin, and now relocating to Santa Cruz. Once established, I am open to walks, drop ins, and other services. I love to travel. I’ve been to all 50 states and about 20 countries. Rover has been a fun way for me to get that sense of having a pet, since I am on the go too much to have one of my own right now, and I love every minute of it! I have flexibility to hangout with the pup and do either morning, lunch break, or evening walks. I am happy to stay during the week at the house, or to stop by. Our home has a small fenced in area that functions as our backyard, but I live in a residential neighborhood where I prefer to walk around.
