Our cats need daily meds which can be challenging, and she took this on without hesitation. She went above and beyond and cleaned the litter boxes out and put new litter in before we came home which was a wonderful surprise, and we’re so appreciative of it. I would absolutely recommend her and use her again to watch our cats in the future!”

About: I've had cats since I was about 4 years old, and trained my own service dog (adopted as a senior from a pound) from 2016-2023, when she sadly passed. I've taken care of a range of pets belonging to family, friends, and family's friends and coworkers. I can handle pets of all ages, from kittens/puppies to senior animals, as well as working on training and house-breaking. I'm currently only working part-time with very few hours, so pet care is honestly how I'd like to spend my spare time and make my income. I'm very focused on the details of individual pet's care. I always make sure I understand the feeding schedules and amounts, how often the animals need to go outside, whether they can be off-leash in a fenced in area or if they need to be on an outside line or on a leash, whether or not cats go on walks, and I'm very careful to not leave human food around for them to get into. I always ask as many questions as possible to make sure I provide the best care for the pets I'm looking after.

About: I'm very good at leading dogs on walks and getting them to like me as well. It's important to have a balance in that sense. I can walk dogs or feed pets before and after work. I usually work 7-3 Monday through Friday at EB with weekends off for fun walks and hanging out. I feed pets, get them water, walk dogs on a leash and pick up after the dogs followed by a nice pet and maybe a little treat :)

About: I have had pets all of my life. Growing up we have always taken in shelter dogs and I continue as an adult to adopt rescue dogs. I have taken in dogs while my friends and family have been away and had dog sat at other peoples homes. I have always had dogs with some anxiety and I am very patient with the pups because I know fear in animals and I just want them to feel safe. I am reliable and very compassionate I currently work part time and have a very flexible schedule. I am available week days and nights and on the weekends. I can work with your a schedule. My yard is not fenced and my dog is trained to stay in the yard. I take my dog Scotty for walks and I use a harness on him. I am very patient as I would be new to your pet and it would take them time to get used to me.

About: Hello! My name is Meghan and I have a love and passion for all kinds of animals. I am currently a part time veterinary assistant and am available for walks and drop-in visits. I have never known a life without pets. Growing up, my family always had dogs, including two German Shepherd police K9s and even a dog who used a wheel chair. Having both working dogs and pet dogs in the house has given a firm understanding of the differences between them, as well as helped me to feel comfortable around multiple different breeds. I have also bred and whelped both German shepherd and Labrador retriever puppies. Currently, my husband and I have two Labrador retrievers, five cats and four goats. I would love to take my passion for animals and turn it into a business one day, which is why I decided to start on Rover.
