About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.

About: Hi! I'm Mary Beth! I work for NOAA currently as a scientist. I'm looking for a productive way to harness my love of pets. My very first job was dog walking while on my paper route. I have walked, watched, and trained dogs for as long as I can remember. The neighborhood I grew up in knew me as the go to girl for pet sitting while on vacation. I am ready and willing to be of service to you and your furry family. As a fish biologist I love animals of all shapes and sizes. About: I dearly love animals and have been taking care of them since I was 7 years old. I grew up on a farm and helped feed and care for our dogs, goats, pets, cats, chickens and even horses. I have been professionally pet-sitting for about four years now and I absolutely adore it! Growing up, my mom always rescued the dogs with behavior issues or physical issues, so I feel confident in caring for any type of dog. I have experience in caring for puppies, older dogs with health problems, dogs with aggressive tendencies, cats, and even a snake once! I be sure to cater to the pet’s physical, emotional, and routine needs. I know it’s hard for them when their owner is gone, so I also be sure to give them lots and lots and lots of love and attention. I also am very active and have lots of energy to spend on dog walks and runs. Though, I do have experience pet-sitting elderly dogs that needed the sofa more than a walk! And, I love that too! I'm in school at Western Washington University. I also work a few hours a week, but when I am pet-sitting I make time in the day to spend with the dog in-between my obligations. I make sure to give them the walks they need as well as the attention and never leave a dog more than 4 hours alone without a check-in and hug time. I am a in-home pet sitter and dog-walker. This allows the pet to be cared for in the comfort of their own home. While caring for the dog, I give them lots of walk, if the owner desires, and try to stick to the consistency of their normal routine with feeding, walking times, and even medication if needed.

About: I’ve grown up around animals with years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’ve pet sat for family and neighbors, handling anything from feeding and walking to taking care of things around the house. I love getting to know and take care of pets, making sure they are given love and attention while their owner is away. On my days off I am fully available and even on workdays I can provide consistent care whether it’s morning walks, check-ins in the middle of the day or evening routines. I follow all pet care instructions closely, making sure they are getting their daily needs met in a comfortable, safe, and well-loved space while you’re away. I am always careful to lock doors, keep things tidy and make sure your pets are safe while on walks or during play time.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, dogs that have complicated medical needs to dogs that are lax and can do everything on their own. I’ve always grown up with cats as well as a plethora of other animals including fish, lizards, birds, and frogs.
