About: Hi! We’re Brittany and Chris, and we’ve been dog people our entire lives. We know that leaving your pup with someone else can be a big leap of trust — they’re family, after all! Our goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your dog feels right at home with us. We’ve both grown up with dogs and most recently had the joy of caring for our beloved Border Collie, Charley, through his senior years. We understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and quirks, and we’re happy to follow whatever helps your pup feel comfortable and cared for. Our home is clean, cozy, and very dog-friendly. We’re big fans of couch cuddles, playtime, and having a pup happily hanging out alongside us. If your dog thinks the best place in the house is curled up on the couch or snuggled in bed with their people, they’ll fit right in here! We have a securely fenced backyard for safe outdoor play, but your pup will never be left outside unsupervised. We’re also within walking distance of beautiful Bidwell Park, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks, exploring, and fresh air. I work from home, which means your dog will have lots of company throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long stretches. We’ll give your pup plenty of love, attention, playtime, and, of course, as many cuddles as they’re willing to accept. We’d love to get to know you and your four-legged family member and make their stay with us feel like a home away from home! Brittany works from home and has a very flexible schedule so can spend all day with your dog. We are happy to modify our daily routines to accommodate your dogs's normal walking and feeding schedule so they feel right at home. We can also accommodate last minute bookings. Your pup’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have a securely fenced yard where your dog can enjoy outdoor time, but we will always supervise them while they’re outside. Inside, they’re welcome to make themselves completely at home — including cuddling up on the couch or sleeping on the bed with us. We only host one family’s dogs at a time, so your pup gets our full attention without having to share our home with unfamiliar dogs. We also do not have children, creating a calm and comfortable environment where your dog can settle in and feel at ease. We’ll follow your pup’s routines, preferences, and house rules as closely as possible so they feel safe, happy, and well cared for throughout their stay.

He communicated clearly and promptly throughout Zeke’s stay, sending regular updates and pictures that gave us great peace of mind. Because Zeke was unable to make it up the stairs at Forrest’s house, Forrest thoughtfully adjusted his own sleeping arrangements and stayed near Zeke until he was comfortable and settled. We really appreciated the extra care and attention he showed our senior dog. Forrest also took Zeke on walks and was very attentive to his senior pace and needs. About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Before Vera, my golden retriever, I had cats my whole life (Kitty, Bugsy, Shadow, and Tiger), along with ferrets, guinea pigs, fish, iguanas, and hermit crabs. Vera was born with partial facial paralysis, and one of her eyes can’t blink, so she needs frequent eye drops to stay comfortable. Caring for her has made me patient, attentive, and confident with pets who need a little extra care. If your pet takes medication or has special needs, I’d be glad to help. While living in the Bay Area, I founded Bay Area Golden Retrievers, which grew to become the region’s largest golden retriever meetup group. I’ve spent a lot of time around dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I know how to read them and keep them happy and safe. With a background in video and photography, I love capturing your pet’s personality. Expect plenty of sharp, well-composed photos and updates so you can see exactly how your best friend is doing. Feel free to reach out about whatever you need! My schedule is very open right now, so I can be flexible for walks, drop-ins, and daytime care, including short-notice requests and weekends. I love working with animals and want to build this into something long-term, so I take every booking seriously. Since I'm already caring for Vera and my chickens throughout the day, pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I'm happy to keep a regular schedule for recurring clients. I treat every pet's routine, health, and safety as a priority. I'll go over feeding, medication, and any quirks or fears before the first visit, and I follow your instructions closely. Caring for Vera, who needs frequent eye drops, and for my chickens through vet visits has taught me to notice small changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort. I'll send photos and updates during every visit, double-check doors, gates, and leashes, and contact you right away if anything seems off or I need a decision from you.

About: I have cared for labs for the past 20 years. Raising them from puppies to seniors. I have taken puppy training and walking classes. I love to walk and hike trails. My daughters are grown. I work full time Monday through Friday. I am available some morning between 5:00am-6:30am, evenings 5:00-7:00pm and weekends are flexible between 5:00am -7:00pm. Animals are like my family. We go on walks, watch tv, help out in the garden. I have a fenced yard and grassy area in the backyard.

About: I have a well-behaved and outgoing doggy that would love to have friends over to play with! I would love to help out families with providing walks and adequate care for your fur babies! I’m happy to provide accommodations if necessary! I have the availability throughout the day to assist families on walking their pets and letting them out for exercise. I accept walks, boarding in my home, and drop in visits and last minute walks. I make sure to follow all the rules given, treat their pets as if they were my own pet, and be respectful to my client’s home.
