About: I have always loved dogs and I was lucky enough to grow up in a neighborhood full of them! I spent a lot of my childhood walking and playing with neighbors' dogs, and I am excited to continue this passion! I have spent time both dog sitting and dog walking over the past five years, and have experience with both large and small dogs of all ages. Growing up with pet dogs all my life Ive had small and large dogs so Im familiar with both. And understand they they both require different approaches to things as big dogs might like long runs in the feild whereas smaller dogs might like a slower walk around the block. I've also picked up the new hobby of making homemade dog treats for the dogs in my family all the treats are made with organic ingredients like apple sauce, carrots and cinnamon, and sometimes mint to help fight bad breath. In my family we have a dog with a allergy to chicken so I'm pretty familiar with dog allergies and some special needs.
“Jessica did an amazing job for us. We have two dogs, three cats, 24 chickens and a large garden. It’s a lot. To top it off, one of our dogs is on the reactive side. I’m always really nervous leaving them with a new house sitter, especially someone that doesn’t have a lot of experience with reactive dogs. Jessica spent extra time with us before we left to learn all the ins and out of our crew, including going for a walk with me and the more reactive of our dogs. She also asked to come early the day we left so she could make sure she was doing things right. It was great. I asked her to keep in close contact, which she did. She took great care of our garden and new trees too. She even was willing to pick bugs off of my current bushes to try to save them from a heavy infestation of current worm.
