About: I am a full-time journalist who loves to get out on the weekends! I’m originally from Alaska and spend every opportunity I can getting outside with my 15-year-old border collie. I work from home and stay with the animals all day. We wake up early for potty breaks first thing in the morning. Dogs are allowed on the furniture for ultimate snuggles! About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. About: I can't remember a time in my life without dogs! I grew up with three; however, my past experience working is primarily in dog walking/ drop ins. I also have past experience in puppy-sitting and house sitting. In 2020 I walked dogs briefly for a local hospice program. I would describe myself as reliable and a quick learner. I am currently a full-time student at UM looking to make some money on the side in a low-stress environment. My availabilities would be before and between class during the week, and any afternoon after 3:00. I am usually available for overnight sitting duties. I will always care for pets in clients' homes as per their instructions first. I will then act according to past experience and common sense secondly. I prioritize the safety and respect of my client's animals and homes.
About: I have a love for animals and have lived with 16 of my own on a large property. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, and other various livestock and would enjoy caring for others. I work most weekends and have 8 hour shifts but I am free after. My work schedule can vary from week to week but I do my best to keep it updated. I tend to be fairly flexible as I work part time. I currently am investing in a cat run to keep my babies safe and enriched so I understandthe need to put saftey first. I follow pet care instructions from each owner to a t to make sure your pet is given the best care. I enjoy playing with active dogs or lounging with calmer ones. I take dietary restrictions or medication very seriously and prefer to be given a schedule for each animal. I adore written instructions to ensure I provide your pet(s) with the best care possible and cover all the bases. There is no such thing as too much detail for me! I’m here to make your pets feel as comfortable as possible in your time away from them. My goal is always to keep your pet as safe and happy as can be. :)

About: I have had dogs in my family my whole life from younger dogs to senior dogs, low energy to high energy. Have experience carkng for dogs of friends and neighbors. I have also worked on a farm with many goats the last 4+ years where I helped care for them every day Plenty of free time this summer summer to be able to care for your dog. Typically available weekdays and weekends with notice two days in advance. Can be pretty flexible. I currently live in an apartment that is kept clean with two roommates who also like dogs. Dog friendly area with yard space when they need to go outside. Good environment for walks with hiking trail close by I can take them on. Can take them to play outside. Allowed on furniture if they want. They will get plenty of attention and playtime.

About: I have previously owned Labradoodles so I have 18 years of experience with high energy dogs. I also have experience in taking care of dogs who require extra medical care. I love to walk, hike and go for runs with dogs but most importantly, I can give them love and attention while you are away. I am retired and looking for the opportunity to assist you in the care of your furry friends while you are working and or traveling. I have flexibility in my schedule to accommodate your needs. I have a large fences back yard, with no pets of my own. At night I have a mud room for your dog to comfortably sleep in or if needed a pad to lay in a bedroom.

“Leah treated my dog Boo like a king. I couldn't have been happier about his stay with her, and neither could Boo. Leah's a great communicator-I received daily feedback of what they were doing, where they went, and reports on his behavior, how he got along with her dogs, and pictures(!). She has 2 dogs that were super playful and sweet with Boo. Leah was very careful to introduce our dogs first, which clued me in to how responsible and caring she is. While Boo was there, not only did he get to play in her yard and cuddle on the couch with her (um, he's 65 lbs and growing), she also took him on outings-including the dog island!
