About: Animals have always been important to me, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I have experience helping care for dogs by feeding, walking, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m dependable, calm, and willing to follow any instructions carefully to keep pets safe and happy. I’m currently a student, but I make time in my schedule for pet care throughout the week and on weekends. I’m dependable, organized, and willing to work with pet owners to make sure their pets get consistent care, attention, exercise, and companionship. I understand how important trust is when caring for someone’s pet. I’m attentive, responsible, and careful to follow feeding schedules, routines, and safety instructions so pets feel secure and comfortable while in my care.
“We had a short notice trip and thankfully we're able to find Anthony available. After a meet and greet with our 2 adult dogs and 1 puppy we knew it would go well. Even our puppy who is a little hesitant of new people loved him immediately. Anthony did good with sending pictures, keeping the house clean, and making sure to send updates.”

About: I've been surrounded by pets since I was a teenager, And caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I have hands on experience with both dogs and cats and truly love spending time with them. I'm comfortable with different personalities, routines, and temperaments, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether it's play time, walks, feeding, or just quiet companionship, I provide attentive and loving care. Animals bring me such joy, and I take pride in making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I have one dog and two cats of my own at home. I work full-time with two work from home days each week align plenty of flexibility for feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins before, during, and after work, as well as evenings and weekends. I provide a safe and trusting environment by following each pet's routine, offering positive reinforcement, staying attentive to their needs, and giving them patience, affection, and consistent care.
About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, guniea pigs, hamsters, etc. since i was 10 years old. I love animals and have 4 of my own. I have 1 dog who is a rough collie and 3 cats. I’m currently working at an elementary school with special needs kids. I am currently looking for something to help make a little more money for me. We do not have a fenced in yard but we live on a dirt road and have super nice neighbors. We also would crate our dog if they do not get along.
“Alexander seemed to do a good job with my cat Carlos, sending me photo's etc. However apparently Carlos wasn't fond of Alex and seemed aggressive according to Alex. I am sorry about that. Alex gave me peace of mind that my cat was Oaky.”

“Elizabeth was great! Very attentive and communicative throughout the stay. She came to spend some time and care for my cat just after we said goodbye to our other cat earlier that weekend. She was very empathetic and kind to our situation. I’ve had so many issues with finding quality care through rover, and it was such a relief to find someone who I can trust in. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thanks, Elizabeth!”

About: There has not been a time in my life when I haven’t cared for pets. I cared for animals when I was younger and I pet-sit for friends’ cats and dogs when they are on vacation. Currently, I have four dogs and six cats, many of whom have been rescued. My pets are loved and well-cared for and our vet said she wishes she was a pet in our home. I am an expert at giving medicine to both dogs and cats, and especially the challenge that comes with cats! I currently work very part-time and early mornings so I am flexible and have my days free for stop-in visits and walks for your dogs. We have an invisible fence outside the home and inside our home so the cats do not have to be chased by the dogs. We also make sure to never have anything containing xylitol or certain plants in the home due to poisoning of both dogs and cats.
“Lizz came by twice a day to take care of our three cats while we were away. One of our cats needed a daily inhaler, and she handled it wonderfully. The cats loved playing with Lizz, and having her there gave us such peace of mind knowing our fur babies were well cared for. We will definitely book with her again!”

“Kerri is friendly and outgoing! She demonstrates a care for your animals and makes sure she completes the tasks as you request. She was a wonderful care taker for our animals while we were away! Than you Kerri!”
“Another great visit with Jamie! She is incredibly reliable, professional, and has a genuine love for animals. I received updates with photos and videos, during the visit and my dogs adore her. It’s such a relief to know they're being loved and well taken care of while we are away. We highly recommend Jamie, she goes above and beyond every time!”

About: My schedule is hybrid so I can be in and out during the work day. I grew up around cats and also have a toy fox terrier. I spent a lot of time with labs as well. Spade spent a lot of time with beagles and labs. I used to have a Chihuahua who sadly passed away 2 years ago. The yard is completely fenced in and big enough for them to play. I will also take them for walks. I have experience with injections for dogs that need insulin or medication. I work two days at home three days in office. It is hybrid and a lot of it is spent out in the community so I am able to pop in and out a lot during the work week. I have a fenced in backyard. I have a dog that is super friendly and loving. She loves other animals and any kind of company.

About: I have grown up with dogs. I am excellent at following any instructions that you may have. I am looking forward to working with you and your pet! I am a stay at home mom! I take care of my two young boys and my dog, a Golden Retriever, every day. I have a consistent routine with each. Leaving me with written instructions helps me so much! About: My whole life I have grown up with dogs! My dogs that I have now are 9, 14, and 12 years old and all are healthy and energetic as can be! I have potty trained them, trained them to obey to nonverbal cues (such as hand motions for sit, stay, high five). And have provided proper care and training for them. I have a deep heart for animals and want to help out and provide protection and support as well as pet well being when pet owners can’t always be there! I am currently a college student online with full availability. I am available whenever and can be reached at anytime for any reason. Any extra curricular, gym time or social activity I do tend to be done very early in the morning around 7am or later at night around 7 o’clock at night. I tend to let my dogs out every hour or immediately after they drink water or eat. My little dogs like to go out all the time and my big dog likes to stay inside and chew his bone so I get him active by taking him on walks. I make sure that they get affection and hugs consistently!
About: From growing up in a pet loving home where there were always dogs running around, to having professional experience of pet sitting through college, I promise to always take care of your pets like they’re my own! Plus, I love enjoying the outside by taking walks, so why not add a sweet dog to care for along with me? It’s a win win for both of us! :) I have a very flexible schedule right now, so I am able to drop by multiple times a day and/or walk dogs while you are at work during business hours. I am more than happy to accommodate whatever needs your pet(s) have - whether that is crating them back up when I leave or making sure they have plenty food and water. I am a very respectful, tidy, and reliable person and promise to treat your home and your fur babies the same way!

We have a big farmhouse, so there’s plenty of space for your dog to be happy and healthy in our home and will get plenty of playtime and exercise as well.

Portland cat parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first booking with Felicia, and she was wonderful. I have one cat that is shy/skittish until he gets to know you. He warmed up to Felicia quicker than I expected. Based on the photos she provided, both of my cats appeared to love her. I had excellent communication with Felicia about what I needed and questions she had. I would book Felicia again in a heartbeat.
