“Rose is fantastic with our dog. Kind, prompt, and compassionate. He’s not the most active guy and can be stubborn and Rose has embraced it all. We are so lucky to have found her.”

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up in Alaska raising ducks, chickens, rabbits…even a ferret! I’ve always had dogs and a cats. I currently live with a senior pup and a young cat. We have several backyard chickens too! I worked as a professional dog walker/pet sitter for a number of years in Connecticut. I’m used to being outside rain or shine. I also know the importance of being able to adapt to each pets’ individual needs including special diets or medication. I work from home with a lot of flexibility so with proper planning and coordination I can be there to meet you and your furry friends’ needs. I have a fenced yard and a dog who doesn’t mind the company of other well socialized animals. We do have a cat and small child so please consider that before booking. If staying at your home, I will treat it just as my own with respect and consideration for you and your family and your privacy.

About: I bring a lifelong love of animals and a wide range of hands-on experience. I grew up caring for animals of all kinds, have walked dogs and supported adoptions in shelter environments, and have provided reliable in-home care through years of house sitting. I’ve also lived with and fostered cats for most of my life—including young, feral, and undersocialized ones—which has given me a strong intuition for reading animal behavior and offering calm, compassionate care. I'm skilled in administering all types of medications and am happy to handle the day-to-day tasks, from walks to litter box deep cleans, with real care and attention. As a self-employed person with a very flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate pet care throughout the week—including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. This allows me to tailor my availability to meet the specific needs of each pet and household, whether it’s daily visits, drop-ins, or walks at off-peak hours. When boarding cats in my home, I provide a calm, private room just for them—completely separate from my own cats—to ensure they feel safe and stress-free during their stay. In a client’s home, I’m attentive to any specific routines or safety needs, including crating dogs if requested. I always prioritize a pet’s comfort and well-being, keeping their environment clean, secure, and aligned with what they're used to.

About: My dog is 17 years old and he only eats meat that we cook like hamburger and steak as well as he needs to go on walks more often. My dog is blind and deaf so he barks to communicate. He is about to turn 18 in 2 months. I am good with both puppies and older dogs For now I do not have a full time job so I am looking to fill my time and make money by walking and taking care of dogs I have worked for multiple family friends as dog sitters and walkers. About: I've been caring for my personal cat since 2018, although I grew up with cats and a dog in the house and had close relationships with them. I have a Bachelor's in Animal Behavior from the University of New England (UNE). I worked at a doggy day care for a year and since the beginning of 2025 have been walking dogs and providing other pet care services for clients. Pet care is the focus of my weekly routine. I'm available from 10am-5pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and 10am-4pm Fridays, for walks, and can be available for check in visits or housesitting any time of the week. I go above and beyond to try to make sure your pet enjoys their time with me, while also following all rules and instructions you might leave me. I provide a summary of each visit as well as at least one photo, to make sure you know exactly what's going on with your pet.
