About: I love dogs and have enjoyed working with them in many capacities since I was a child and formally for over 15 years. I am a Canine Good Citizen evaluator and have spent years training loving companions. I am certified in Canine CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross and undergo annual recertifications to stay current on the latest first-aid procedures. I also have experience administering both oral medications and injections. Before your pups stay, we have each family fill out a form for their furry companion. This helps us get to know them better in order to make their stay easier. I have no breed preference and are familiar with handling working canines.  Your pup is welcome in our home, and our couch is open to your furry pooch.  However, I also understand there are dogs who prefer to be outside and are not easily accommodated indoors. I also have covered outdoor runs for those families who still need a vacation but whose pups enjoy more fresh air and natural surroundings. I am happy to accommodate each family's preference. No matter what, canines are treated to lots of exercise and playtime. I wake up and start the day off with morning let out. After each group has been let we come back in for feeding. Morning feedings normally allow for 30-45 minutes before letting out again for a potty break. They are brought back in, crated, and pups are rotated out for play inside throughout the day. I let out every 2-4 hours through the day or more if needed. I do have the option to add on trail walks for those who have social canines who are good with other dogs and people (I will not be introducing them to others but it is a requirement to the trail). In the evening we normally do the last feeding at 7 pm followed by yard play and starting to settle in. Last potty break is at 10 pm. Note: Although I am at home full time I do on occasion leave our home to run errands. Your dog can be left alone for up to 4 hours (max). If this is ever the case your pup will always be crated and secure. For your pup's safety They are never given free rein while unsupervised. I take the safety of your furry companion very seriously. Canines are let out for potty breaks every 2-4 hours (or as needed, if required more frequently). I have a fenced-in yard so your pup will be safe during potty breaks. I do not allow companions from other families to play with each other. This is a safety measure. Your pup can be under a lot of stress when you're gone and I want to make their stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. This doesn't mean I will not be playing with your pup ourselves! I love playing fetch, puzzle games, and even tug with them. I do allow for several outings in the house throughout the day so they can get plenty of one-on-one attention inside as well as extra pets. I have 5 acres that are attached to the national preserve. If your furry companion is social and enjoys walks, I have several trails I am happy to take them on upon request (weather permitting). All outings are on leash only.

About: I’ve taken dog training courses over the years. I did dog rescue; I had sick dogs, litters of puppies and dogs of all sizes in my home while raising my children and my dogs. I've done house sitting, walking, training for dogs and cats for years when I lived in California. I'm excited to meet you and your pets. I am comfortable with but not limited too walking, training, medication administration and always the addition of cuddles and love. I work for myself and work my own hours so I can always work around your schedule. I love the outdoors, nature and getting my steps in. When your pet is in my house, they'll be treated as a family member. If you prefer to crate your pet I can do that or create my dog. Pet safety is top priority at all times.

About: I have multiple years of in house boarding, leashed walking, and boarding kennel experience. I love to run and am available to take the most active doggos of 5k jogs, guaranteed to get out all of that energy and have the best naps after. I've cared for toy to extra large breeds as well as puppies and senior pets. I have a rescue pittie named JoJo, so bully breeds are my favorite, but any day caring for an animal is a great day! I am self employed and live a nomad lifestyle. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate pets that need more attention and care. About: I have been around dogs and cats my entire life. I am confident and comfortable with all ages and temperaments. Growing up, I cared for multiple pets at once (dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc.) I also spent time helping out on farms. Therefore, I am no stranger to routine, responsibility or muddy paws! What truly sets me apart is that my mom is a veterinarian, which gives me 24/7 access to expert guidance if an emergency or health question/concern arises. In addition, during my Marine Corps service, I have done dog sitting at the U.S. Embassy in Botswana, where dependability was key. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in cybersecurity. Therefore, I am currently dedicating my time to my studies, which affords me the freedom to care for your pets anytime. Pet safety is my top priority. Whether I am watching your pets in your home or caring for them in mine, I keep all harmful foods and household items out of reach. Additionally, we only use veterinarian-approved treats and toys (with a vet in the family, I don't guess when it comes to safety). Your pets will get plenty of supervised playtime and outdoor activity, along with a calm structured environment to help them feel more at home. About: Available full time to watch your babies. I love dogs and I have always had 1or 2 myself. My husband and myself have bought an RV and we live in it in a campground but we do have yard space and lots of space for walking your loved ones. About: I've taken care of pets since I was 13. Most of my experience is with cats and dogs. I have limited experience with snakes. I'm not afraid of spiders or bugs. I'm currently working full-time as a legal assistant, so I'm usually only available during the evenings and weekends. I'm usually home from work at around 6 pm and am available until 9 pm during the week. Fridays and Saturdays are generally open unless I have prior obligations. I don't work on Sundays. I can only pet sit at a clients home due to having 2 cats of my own. I go by whatever rules/guidelines they specifically have for me.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs of every kind my entire life, I have had 2 dogs and 3 cats. I enjoy working with dogs because I am an outdoor person who likes to go for runs and walks. I have been relied on by my friends and neighbors to come and spend time, feed, and walk their pets. I am currently enrolled at Catawba College, getting my masters degree, while competing on the beach volleyball team. All my classes are online and practice ranges from 7-8am, 11am- 1pm, and 5-6pm, but vary through the week. I have a fenced-in backyard for my 2-year-old Lab and I make sure that we keep the bedroom doors closed so I can always keep my eye on them.

About: As an exotic feline zookeeper taking care of animals has been my whole life the past few years so I understand the importance of the daily care and enrichment that goes into keeping an animal happy and healthy. I worked with exotic cats for two years focusing on husbandry, behavioral enrichment training and veterinary care but prior to starting my career as a zookeeper I worked as a Kennel Leader at a dog boarding facility and daycare. I have experience with animals of all sizes and temperaments which comes with a lot of experience in analyzing and recognizing animal behaviors. I recently have stepped away from zoo keeping but I still have many pets of my own so I can understand the stress that goes into entrusting your companion with another person, but I can ensure you that I will do everything I can to make sure your pet gets the love they deserve! I’m currently a remote employee so I am very flexible with my schedule and willing to work with what works best for your pet. I have some pets of my own that require daily care but they are usually not conflicting with any commitments. When coming to take care of your pet I make sure to respect all instructions including dietary requirements and training you may do as part of your daily routine. I also make sure that they get plenty of attention and affection in addition to their necessities so their mental health is just as good as their physical health!

About: Hi. I'm Cheyanne. I have owned a variety of pets for about 5 years and have taken care of pets/animals a lot longer. I currently have sugar gliders, a dog, two cats and an assortment of reptiles. I have an Associate's degree in zoology from Davidson County Community College. I have had a passion for animals since I was a little kid and pride myself in taking the best care of any animal under my watch. I'm willing to watch dogs, cats, barn animals, and reptiles. I am able to do in home care taking at the pet owner's house, dog walks, and check ins during the day. I have given medications for a variety of animals, having experience through an internship the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at the NC Zoo as well as giving medications to my own pets at home. About: I’m 33 years old and I have always loved animals everything about them I hate leaving my furbabies at home even if it’s 15 minutes so I understand how nerve racking it can be. I have handled dogs with separation anxiety, shyness, vocal, hyper , calm whatever you dogs needs I can accommodate I also deal with cats I have fostered and rescued cats in the past. I myself have two huskies and a golden retriever that require a lot of exercise so dog walks are my go too and length or time isn’t a problem.
