About: I have taken care of pets for family and friends that have trusted me to do it. I had taken care of many types of dogs. I have also taken care of farm animals such as goats, cows, and chickens. I have a lot of time outside of school because I have a modified schedule and I am very flexible in my time and care. I have three dogs and one tortoise. I have also cared for cats at other homes and have had no issues at all in doing so.

About: I have begged for and cared for animals ever since I was a child. Always the sensitive soul, I tend to be more comfortable with animals and they seem to be quickly comfortable with me. The bigger the better so it seems! As a yoga instructor and former runner, I crave moving around outside. During the week I have plenty of time to get your buds out for potty breaks & attention, the morning being the extended time for play. While Monday & Tuesday are completely full, Friday through Sunday are completely open. Weekends are when if you need me to house sit, that is an option. Obviously, this is guided by any instructions you give. You know your pet and any little eccentricities they may have. I also go by how they are acting after you have been away for a few hours and their experience with absent family members. In bad weather, I'm great with animals that frighten easily. Even if they do not wish to be touched, I calm my tone and talk more so they know they're not alone. Eye contact if that's something they are comfortable with. Ugh, I sound wacky, but it really is vibe check. Be aware, I have a fragrance allergy which would need to be addressed before overnight care.

About: Hello! I've cared for dogs, exotic birds, cats, squirrels, sugar gliders, and even chickens. I am comfortable caring for special needs animals, older animals and some* babies, and administering medications. I have a 20% off promo code for first time users. ☆ I can also wash and dry most animals, trim cats, birds, and dogs' nails, and properly clip a bird's wings so they cannot fly away or over fences(chickens). This includes trimming some* small animals nails. These activites really depend on your pet and if I can safely do it. I cannot give cute haircuts as I'm not a groomer. ☆ I am also experienced in basic dog training if you need help calming your pet, so they stop jumping on people or potty training. For the training to take effect, however, I'd need more than a one-time visit with. Recurring walks are okay, but if you have issues you want me to address when they are inside the house, my walks won't be able to target the behavior.] I started Rover as a college student with a pretty open schedule. Now I have a full time job from M-F, 7am-3pm. Due to this, I can only accommodate bookings that fall on weekends, or bookings where the pets are used to their owners leaving for work for 8 hours. No matter what serivce I'm providing I will make sure they (the pets) get enough potty breaks, exercise regularly, are hydrated and healthy, and have a great fun time! We can even try some simple training to keep them alert and happy for treats. I am also really good with anxious or hyper pets. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
