“Kelly handled my dog Stella amazingly. I live in a very dog heavy neighborhood and I adopted a senior German Shepherd with dog on dog reactivity due to early trauma in life. Kelly took my dog on a nice long walk for an hour and Stella was tired when I got home which made me so happy. I could definitely tell Stella loves Kelly. She even had her favorite ball in her mouth in the picture that Kelly sent me. Stella won’t even bring over her favorite ball to my parents so I definitely will be rebooking her again. About: I’ve been helping take care of animals since I was very young. I’ve been raised with dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and birds! So if you have animals other than dogs or cats, I could help care for them too:). Currently I babysit twice a week, meaning my schedule is pretty open! That is mainly on Tuesday and Wednesday, however, occasionally will be on a Thursday! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
