“This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier. Grisel was kind and listened to me as I shared Dori’s needs. Her home is set up well for taking care of pets. I received pics throughout Dori’s stay showing her doing some things I wasn’t sure she would do while in a strange place like eating. Grisel obviously has the “touch” to get her to feel comfortable. She was very thorough, even communicating which vet she would use in case of emergency (don’t worry, no emergencies occurred!). They had a great time hanging out in her back yard, going on strolls and snuggling on the couch. Amara was a very happy girl at the end of her stay and I would definitely recommend Katherine as a Rover sitter!”
