“Donte boarded my senior German Shepherd for 5 days including Christmas Day. She was well cared for, receiving her medications twice a day to manage her hip arthritis and pain from IVDD. She came home rested and without any signs of over exertion, which can be difficult to manage while other dogs are boarded. My only concern was that I had become used to Rover hires providing a daily update; I had not explicitly asked for this and Donte sent one unprompted update (on Christmas), but he was very quick to respond when I reached out to check in on her. He also offered an important observation at pick up about the length of my dogs back toenails, indicating careful attention to the dog’s wellbeing.”

Coco was with Nicole 3 days, it was her first time boarding or staying without us, but Nicole gave her a warm company and took care of her these days. I received everyday updates with photos, Coco played with other dogs and went for a long walks. We stayed satisfied with Nicole’s service.”
