That says a lot about Bruna’s calm and patient approach. Throughout the entire experience, it was clear that Bruna genuinely cared and paid close attention to what Kaia needed. I could tell Kaia felt safe and well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind (I was out of town for 1 week). About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment.
