About: I have loved my socially challenged senior pitbull for 6 years as well as 10+ years with 3 cats of multiple personality types. I'm very patient and gentle and will be kind and loving to your furry pets. I have my own online business, which gives me time and availability to do overnights, and come by for check ins and walks. I'm excited to meet more fur-babies! I will be happy to work with your specific instructions for your pets and make sure they are safe and well cared for. She was super patient with Rico (Chihuahua with separation anxiety) and Aquafina (cat) who loved her, even though Aquafina usually doesn't like anyone! She kept the house cleaner than when we left! And even vacuumed and washed the bed sheets before she left, which I didn't expect, but greatly appreciate! Our dog and cat were in great shape when we returned, not stressed at all!”

About: I'm a caring individual who genuinely loves dogs. I have owned dogs for over 10 years of my life with breeds ranging from golden retrievers, to border collies, to a Maltese mix. I have done clicker-training and was told that I was a natural by the trainer I worked with. I find the work of understanding animal behavior to be incredibly interesting and rewarding. I am an honest and kind person with the desire to write books and attend grad school in order to become a professor. I put a lot of time and care into my work and I think that this type of job is perfect for me! I'm a compassionate, scholarly, book loving - introvert type person. I am also very active: running, hiking, and working out are some of my necessary activities.

About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. About: Having always had a pet in my home growing up as well as my family life. Animals are a part of a family just as a family member .. having trained and cared for dogs my whole life . I care for each one as if they were my own. They will have plenty of open space to roam around never unsupervised . We live on 2 acre property With our two dogs lots of fetching mad rope tug... After a day outside we all come in to rest . Our two dogs are caged at nite with all newbies are comfortable upstairs with my wife and I. Come share in the love and affection of our family... Having the time now in my life after my children have grown I now enjoy the company of animals where we can play fetch and enjoy the great outdoors if it is only in the backyard or on the deck of my home and or yours. I have and there's a line fence property as well as a lead where all can play with plenty of room. Or animals that need to be crated are as loved as well as I do to my two dogs. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Being around such different breeds has taught me that every dog has their own personality, energy level, quirks, and way of showing you what they need. I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs in my family. I regularly help care for my sister’s two dogs—a 1-year-old Corgi and a 13-year-old English Bulldog. Having both a young, energetic dog and a senior dog has given me an appreciation for how different their needs can be. One may want to play, explore, and keep you moving, while the other may need a slower pace, extra patience, comfort, and a little more attention. I also frequently care for a French Bulldog in my family when his dad needs someone he trusts to look after him. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog individually and learning their routines, personalities, favorite activities, and little quirks. I also have experience caring for Ozzie, my mom’s boyfriend’s 7-year-old Whoodle. Spending time with Ozzie has given me even more experience caring for an adult dog with his own personality, routines, and preferences. And of course, I can’t forget Mochi, my boyfriend’s approximately 5-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix. I pay attention to the little things—whether a dog needs some extra exercise, some quiet time, reassurance in a new situation, or simply someone to sit beside them and give them some love. I’m also comfortable giving pets the time and space they need to warm up to me rather than expecting them to immediately feel comfortable. About: I have taken care or animals for the past 8 years. I have been utilized by my friends and family to feed, watch, play, and work on training. I work at a wildlife refuge in the mornings then I can dedicate all of my time after that commitment to taking care of your pets. My refuge time can become flexible but that will have to be discussed prior if it is necessary. Safety, trust, and the well-being of pets are my top priorities. When pet sitting or dog walking, I follow each pet owner's instructions carefully, maintain a secure environment, provide fresh water, exercise, and attention, and monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress. I treat every pet with patience and care, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in my care.

About: I have grown up around a large variety of dogs and cats my entire life. From small chihuahuas to massive mastiffs. I have fostered over a half dozen dogs, including an injured 6-week old puppy, an emaciated stray who had to undergo hip surgery, and a throwaway mama with one-week old puppies who came to me with URI's and fleas. All of my fosters were adopted and now well loved! I currently run a doggy daycare in NJ, and am offering my services on off days. I do have a full time job, but I am off every Tuesday and every other weekend. I am flexible to drop in before and after work though too! I currently have 3 adorably snuggly cats of my own, whom roam freely throughout the house. I do have experience with crate trained animals though too!
