“I had used Jahada once before in the past. I had no issues or problems with her or her care for my dog. Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. She is very kind and thoughtful and even sent updates and photos throughout my trip which was very considerate and soothing. I’m sure I will be reaching out to her again in the near future!”

About: My name is Monica. I have taken care of pets for over 29 years. I currently have 3 cats both neutered. One is a senior 15 yrs old, then there is 7 yrs and 1 yr. They keep to themselves. Over the years many dogs and cats have came and went each showing their individuality. Each pet has a need which will be met according to your standards. If you book me for a Board or even a day stay I promise to have you and your furry friend 100% satisfied. I can also walk them,and do drop bys. Your pet will always have someone around in my home(if they like children). It can be hard to find someone as trustworthy as it is for me. They are just as much children and finding the right person takes time. I'm willing to show I am trustworthy And will treat them as my own. I have 3 floors,so if any pets I care for needs personal space I can accommodate. We also have a spare room where they can relax. Due to health I can only take dogs up to 18 lbs. Please note my drop-off and pickup fee is for within a 15 mile radius. If you need pickup outside that range higher fees apply. I'm a stay at home mom who works from home. I am flexible. About: Since pre-teen, I grew up with dogs mostly as my parents had several dogs in the house. I love to care for dogs and make sure they’re happy and loved. Before Rover, I’ve walked and looked after neighbors’ dogs and owners have confided in me to care for them while they are away (i.e., family vacations, business trips, etc…). About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

About: I’m sorry to say that my partner Rochelle has left the business to continue her education. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Vanessa Gibson. I am Rochelle’s mother and we worked with dogs for over 9 years. I am currently a stay home mom who is willing to babysit some dogs or cats to occupy her time. We have four cats and two dogs. We love all types of animals. We used to babysit a doctors' dog while she was away working or on vacation. We are always willing to learn new things. We are pretty flexible with our time. We are delighted to meet new dogs and cats. We available any time of the day as long as we're told ahead of time. We do not smoke. I am eager to bath your animal if needed. You can count on us. I have an open yard however, I have a rope on my back porch and the front of my house that I ties the pups on and they are free to roam as they please. They go out three times a day. And when the weather is nice they get to enjoy the weather. However, I don’t put the dogs to interact with each other unless I have help.

About: I currently have 2 pups myself, love to see them play in the backyard. I go on long walks with them , take them to dog park and make sure I play with them. The same way I will do with your dog. I work from home so I am able to see the dogs constantly and have hands on play time with them.I make sure they stay on a schedule. We do have a fenced backyard and 2 active friendly pups to keep your dog entertained while you are away. I would provide constant updates on how things are going as well as pictures and texts. I love my dogs as well as any dog that is loving and caring.

“I had used Jahada once before in the past. I had no issues or problems with her or her care for my dog. Rocky is a pit bull and not too many people are comfortable with them because they do have a bad wrap. I was super excited to know that she was available the week of my trip! He was very happy to see her. Because of our history I was able to enjoy myself knowing he’s in good hands. He was returned to me very happy and playful. She is very kind and thoughtful and even sent updates and photos throughout my trip which was very considerate and soothing. I’m sure I will be reaching out to her again in the near future!”

I have a unique bond with every dog I meet and truly enjoy their company, ensuring they receive plenty of affection. In the past, I have cared for my family's dogs, feeding and walking them nearly every day. I am knowledgeable about how to handle dogs safely. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to dog-sit and walk the dogs entrusted to my care. Pet caring is one of my passion because they bring so much joy to our lives. With this being said after work I do appreciate the love my fur babies give me. I love to play and run with fur babies and I also get my weekly exercise in! I have a yard that they can run freely in. They will have access to my balcony for when they need cooling and some quiet.

“Parcha stayed overnight at Dawn’s for two days. Dawn sent me progress reports with plenty of pictures. I could tell that Parcha was enjoying her stay. Dawn and her family played and interacted with Parcha. Her two boys played with her, gave her hugs and kisses. There were two other dogs that Parcha was able to socialize with as well. She also was able to run and exercise in the yard. Parcha came home and fell fast asleep. She was on doggie vacation with Dawn. Two fun filled days. I am very pleased with the service Dawn provided. She is a real dog lover. I highly recommend her.”
