About: I have loved caring for animals since I was about 10 years old! I used to walk my neighbors’ dogs and give them baths, which helped me gain experience caring for different dogs. I also have a Doberman that I raised from a puppy and helped become very well-behaved. Raising him has taught me patience, consistency, and how important it is to understand each dog’s personality and needs. What sets me apart is my hands-on experience and the love I have for animals. I will treat your pets like my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! 🐾❤️ Writing I work part-time, usually no more than five hours a day for about three days a week, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. I have school on Tuesdays from 12:40 to 3:30 p.m., but outside of those commitments, my schedule is pretty flexible. I can make time for walks, feeding, playtime, baths, and giving your pets lots of love and attention. I want to make sure your pets get the care they need while you're away! Safety and trust are very important to me when caring for pets. I always want animals to feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their environment. In a client's home, I would follow their instructions carefully, stick to the pet's normal routine, keep their space clean, and make sure they have fresh water, food, and plenty of attention. I would always be careful with doors, gates, and leashes to keep pets safe. I also understand that every animal is different, so I would take the time to learn their personality and needs. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’m an avid hiker and have been lucky to share many trails with amazing “trail dogs” over the years. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
