“Jeremy is wonderful with animals! He had a dog named Rocko and was the best pet dad. He also helped me rescue my cat Pancake. Rocko and Jeremy took daily walks in the neighborhood where all the neighborhood kids would dart outside as soon as they saw Rocko. Jeremy is super friendly, professional, and just awesome with animals. He watches my cat when I am out of town as well and Pancake always has a great time!”

About: I used to be a mail carrier so if you have a hyper pet I’d be perfect for you as I can give them the exercise they need rain or shine. 🌞 ♥️ I have also undergone a federal background check. Whether it’s exercise, playtime, feedings, administering medication or cuddly company I’d be happy to do it all with your fuzzy baby. “I am a little late in getting out this review, but in no way was it because I was disinterested or not wanting to do so..On the contrary, I absolutely felt the need to write this because of the loving service I felt my family had received from this Pet Sitter. Our family has 2 pets, a dog(Susy) and a cat(Milu) and like most on this site, we deem them to be our precious little babies. They never have really been away from the family for any great length of time, so finding someone to watch and care for them was very important to us. My family was to be in South America for a week, while I was away from home that same time for my work. I had found a Pet Sitter very close to our home for Susy, but could not find anyone for Milu. After much searching, I realized the Rover website and there found numerous Pet Sitters available for Milu. After much searching, we were able to procure the services of a Sitter on Rover and set the contract. Then, with 1 week before our departure, the contractor informed us that she had to cancel our reservation because of health issues in her immediate family and would not be in the area during the needed time. That really put us in dilemma to find someone in such short time. So we searched the Rover site and found several, but all the family agreed to contact Melissa... There were several things that greatly impressed us about Melissa. First there were the reviews. While there were not many, Melissa's reviews were actually very accurate and factual about the care that our Milu would receive. They spoke of the great love she had for animals, as we all experienced firsthand. As I had mentioned, our babies had not been away from us and Milu is very timid with strangers. So, we were surprised when we actually brought her to Melissa and after Milu s brief inspection of her new abode (Lol), she was right there, on the couch and happy as can be. I know that animals sense our love for them and I was amazed at how comfortable she was at that time. Later photos, which Melissa sent through the week, also confirmed how tranquil our precious niña was. In fact, when I returned a week later for Milu, she went to Melissa, not to me and she actually cried when I took her away. That experience was special to me and I knew then that our family had made the correct decision in choosing Melissa. Another proof to me that Milu was very comfortable there, was how she interacted with Melissa's young son. Normally, she runs and hides from children, but the pictures showed her actively playing with the boy! I have never seen her do this with any other children, but my own. I can think of no other magic that could have done that, but love. Yes, I am and family are so pleased with the decision we made to contract Milu's care with Melissa. I think that anyone who loves their pet would also have the same impressions with Melissa's care. I almost never write reviews, but felt the need to express my thoughts and feelings with this one. Thank you Melissa for taking care of our Milu! And, I actually do think that Milu misses you!!!!”

“If you are looking for someone to treat your fur baby as one of her own look no further! Lindy always takes such good care of our Kobi, who as an older dog has a few physical restrictions and medical needs. She always goes above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy while we are away. I know that Kobi is in capable loving hands and well taken care of and that puts me at ease when I'm away.”

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have always adopted my pets and think it's very important for them to have forever homes. I help with a non-profit group called No Fear Rescue which helps dogs go from foster homes to permanent houses! I am going back to school in the Fall, and I think this would be an excellent way to do something I love and earn money for school. I have flexible hours to help out. I understand people have busy lives and dogs need exercise or sometimes just a bathroom break. I haven't met a dog that I don't like. They are such loving animals that are also part of families. I love outdoors and exploring parks with my furry friends. I'm currently in my final year of college and this part time job fits perfectly. Gives me the best break from the books and flexible hours. I am very hands on with pet sitting and your pets care is my number one priority. I always learn the routine that is already set with the pets to make sure every visit is fun and safe!

About: Lived in a household with 3 dogs and 2 cats. Currently live with my 4 year old cat who is spoiled. I have taken care of cats and dog sat for friendly well behaved pitbulls. Working at Giant Eagle. Volunteer at West Side Cats. My cat is around me when I’m home. She generally hangs around me and watches tv with me. I have one cat that is an only cat. She so far has only been around one other cat and they do not get along through a door

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all different breeds and I give them all the love they deserve! I enjoy bringing fur babies on walks, giving baths, etc. Your pets deserve the best care and I can promise they’ll think of me as a new best friend :) Currently I am in school and work part time. I’m available after 5:30 Tuesdays-Fridays, after 3:30 on Saturdays, and all day Sunday and Monday depending on my work schedule😊 I can easily put a leash/harness on any dog and can crate them if needed! I will clean up after them with any mess made and I will make sure they’re completely happy and safe at all times.

“Heather dog sat for our family this summer. We have a 110 LB pit bull who is very loving with all the energy of a 2-year-old pitty. Heather was great with her, reliable and thanks to her we could enjoy our time away from home (5 days). Heather came to our home several times during the day to feed and let our dog out. We have a fenced in yard, where she hung out with our pup and played fetch and tug of war with her. she was wonderful and we definitely plan on having her back for our next long weekend away. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for help with their furry family. she is prompt, trustworthy and most of all very caring with animals (and even enjoyed the jump-up full face kisses our pup gives).”
