About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: As a longtime dog owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust caring for your pet. I’ve spent the past 8 years caring for my own dog through different stages of life and am very comfortable with daily walks, feeding routines, medications, special diets, senior dogs, and pets who may need a little extra patience or attention. I’m also a certified Physician Assistant, so being dependable, attentive to detail, and calm in unexpected situations comes naturally to me. I’m happy to follow detailed care instructions and will treat your pet’s routine as carefully as I would my own. I also know how reassuring updates can be when you’re away, so you can expect plenty of communication and photos! I currently have a very flexible schedule while transitioning into my first position as a Physician Assistant, which gives me plenty of availability for weekday and weekend walks and drop-in visits. I’m happy to help with both occasional care and a consistent schedule for families who need recurring visits. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and entering your home. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and care instructions closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and any special needs. I’m attentive to changes in behavior or wellbeing and will keep you updated with photos and messages during each visit. About: Not only am I a caretaker, but I'm also a trainer, walker, videographer, and photographer! I spend the entire day giving your pets attention while occasionally filming and taking pictures. At the end of each day, you will receive a cute video blog of how we spent our day, as well as professional, high resolution portraits of your pets that you are free to do with as you please (one of my clients turned hers into a paint-by-numbers painting for her son)! I am also available for video calls if you happen to have any children who are missing their fur-siblings. I began dog-sitting at the age of 15 and learned how to train through one-on-one coaching by a local police dog trainer who happened to be my neighbor. And then, I just started training every dog in my life for fun (neighbor's pups, family's, friends', etc.) and it blossomed into a side business from there. Today, I enjoy house-sitting because there is truly no better environment for a pup than their own home when their family is away, especially if they're still training. This helps them to establish and recall routines such as going potty outside, what items in the home are not toys, etc. I have a dog of my own (who stays at home with my partner while I'm house-sitting). We never run out of tricks to learn. Currently, Poncho loves to jump through hoops, show you his left paw, his right paw, retrieve each one of his toys by name, and he especially loves to balance treats on his nose just before flicking them into his own mouth. He probably knows 20 more tricks and more than 50 commands, he loves showing off on the obstacle courses, and he always seems eager to continue learning. We walk between 1-5 miles per day (depending on the weather). When I care for pets at a client's home, I like to stick to the routine that the client has established, including any preferences for treats, sleeping locations, feeding amounts, etc. And I am always happy to try and teach dogs new tricks, however, how quickly they learn depends on a number of factors (including how food/treat-motivated they are, their breed, and how old they are). And while I think teaching new tricks can be a fun little bonus when having me house-sit, I think the best part is the peace of mind I'm able to provide with daily pictures and videos. At the end of the night, I put together a cute video that's up to 5 minutes long with clips of things we've done all day, as well as a full report. And I'll send the video/report at whatever time the client prefers. And I'm always available for an "in the moment" report if the client is especially missing their furry one. This includes either a picture, video, or a quick FaceTime call!

About: I have had pets all growing up and was a lead at a vet clinic for 3+ years! I have been pet sitting for years and I absolutely love it! I am comfortable giving medications, taking care of young and senior pets, and any special requests you have. I love all animals, big or small, and would love to take care of your baby I am available for drop in visits, walks, and pet sitting. I do work, but I have a super flexible job with the option to work from home if needed! I try to cater my weekly routine into what is going to be best for your pet. My overall goal is to make sure they are as comfortable as possible and having a good time! I have friendly dogs of my own who love to play with other pets! They have a blast having friends over and a lot of times they help to make a new pet more comfortable in the new environment. They love to get up and play but are also completely happy if your pet prefers to chill! I know some pets aren’t always comfortable with new dogs right away, so I do have plenty of space to separate them and rotate them out!
