Krystal stepped in, last minute was no problem for her. She also happily took on the monster job of caring for our nine rescue cats for over a week. She did a perfect job of it, too. The daily report cards with pictures were amazing. It gave us such peace of mind to know that our fur babies were in such good hands. She took such extraordinary care of them and paid attention to every detail. We came home to very happy cats! About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes. I have always had both cat and dog companions and have advocated and helped friends and family with their pets as well. I currently have a senior dog, a senior cat, who have both been with me for over 13 years, three cats who are two years old and a leopard gecko! I would love to meet you and help with your pet care needs! I'm currently available part-time, on Monday- Friday from 9:00 am- 1:30 pm. About: I have always loved animals and have taken care of one kind of animal or another for as long as I can remember. As a teen I volunteered at animal shelters, then as adult I became a foster for the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida for years before moving to Birmingham last year. I miss having the opportunity to care for a variety of animals and getting to know them if only for a short while. I've taken care of very tiny newborns, sick, old, special needs and of course healthy animals. It would be my pleasure to welcome your fur babies with open arms into my home or yours. They will be treated like my own. If you are in the process of training, I will pick up where you left off with potty, leash training, etc. I can give baths and brushes if needed. I am a independent contractor and I make my own schedule. My work is very pet friendly so at the discretion of the parents, if they enjoy car rides, they can can either come with or I will stay home with them during their stay. I am very flexible. Whether my home or yours, I will follow your instructions / schedule down to the last detail. About: I have many years of experience taking care of various types of animals. However, dogs are my favorite! I am currently a fourth year veterinary (DVM) student at WesternU. I have experience administering medications, subcutaneous fluids, and giving lots of love to pets in my care. I have open availability on both weekdays and weekends for drop-ins/walks, stay-ins and sometimes boarding. I am out of school this summer and happy to take care of your fur babies I have a 2 year old Golden retriever who is the sweetest girl ever and will keep your baby company. I go for moderate to long walks at the railroad park in the mornings and my house has a fenced in yard that is perfect for play time.

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life growing up on a farm twice now, I worked at a vet as well and was personal all day/over night pet sitter for over a year, I've rescued several animals recently and taken them to get life saving medical care and gotten them properly adopted, I come from a very animal loving family and hope to open my own boarding/ rescue and adoption clinic one day along with a pet cafe I'm usually always available, if I'm not available it's once in a very rare occasion, I have a very flexible schedule accommodating for any customer scheduling needs or last minute bookings Im recently moved to a medium house with a fenced good size backyard, with a kitty pool if needed perfect for outside play time grooming or just chilling out, there are no animals inside my home right now besides 2 ducks and chickens that will be kept completely separate from other animals, but i will be moving my cat in with me soon, she works amazing with smaller dogs and did with my german shepherd but im unsure about larger dogs other then that so if your uncomfortable with them around cats the inside of the yard outside is very sizeable and can be shaded i also have dedicated the master bedroom to pet boarding so its empty and great for indoor playtime. As for going to the clients house I'm very good with timed medicated or specifically dieted animals, and animals of all kinds, just make me little list of things there allowed to do and not allowed to do I don't accidentally reward bad behavior or tell them no to going on the furniture or something that there usually allowed to do, I don't mind staying in a clients house over night but I will get my husband or my sister to stay with me for my own safety and depending on the booking there can be extra fees for it, I don't mind cameras being all over just none in the bathroom ofc and none where I'll be sleeping over night ofc, I'm good at taking animals out on walks to and pet grooming

“I do not work close to my house so after adopting 2 dogs, which are still in the puppy phase. I was looking for someone responsible and flexible to come by during the day to let them out of their crate, spend time with them letting them run & play, and just love on them. Carson has been great and exceeded my expectations. She is responsible, communicative, and keeps me updated. She sends pictures of them and how they are that day. It’s been good for me to not have to worry about someone showing up or not.”

About: I'm a animal lover. Everyone seems to think I'm in the wrong profession. I been pet sitting for years for free for friends and family and I decided to apply to Rover to get paid for something I enjoy doing. I only work 3 days a week and every 3rd weekend. I plan on doing my pet sitting duties on my days off and maybe on some days I work, depending on the situation. I guarantee your pet would be safe /properly taken care of.
