“Brittney was the answer to all our problems! Our puppy, Rosie, needed last-minute surgery to remove a tumor on her leg right before we left on a trip we couldn't cancel. Since we couldn't board her in a place that couldn't keep careful watch over her at all times, we turned to Rover and found Brittney. Brittney made sure Rosie did not bother her surgery bandage and kept her around dogs with calmer temperaments (Rosie LOVES other dogs and needed to be around dogs that wouldn't get her too riled up and potentially bother her surgery wound). She also took care to ensure Rosie was in her post-surgery cone so she couldn't get to her wound overnight or when they needed to leave the house. She was a pro at giving Rosie her antibiotics and also went above and beyond by taking her to the vet when her bandage slipped off so she could get patched up with a new one. We couldn't have asked for better care for our Rosie while we were away. It wasn't a situation we wanted to be in, but Brittney made it all manageable and we were able to enjoy our trip with no worries over Rosie being taken care of. I should also mention that Rosie is a rescue and is scared of most people she meets. But she seemed to take to Brittney and her husband very quickly after we left, and if that's not a true endorsement, I don't know what is!”

About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, my mom and grandmother started the humane society in my hometown so we have always taken care of animals. I will take care of your dog like it was my own. I love all animals but especially dogs! I currently work from home so I am available to watch your dog during the day or overnight boarding. I can do drop ins or walks after 4pm. My wife is a RN so she is home 4 days a week to help watch and play with your dog also! Someone will always be available to supervise your pet and can update you with pictures through their stay! I have a fenced in yard and a dog door so they have access to come in and out as they please. I also have a big energetic German shepherd lab mix that will play with your dog all day! We have daily frisbee tosses and fetch in the backyard.

At home, my calm senior pug Zeus is around for company but is very content to do his own thing. About: I honestly enjoy dogs and cats more than most people, sorry not sorry 😆. There’s just something about the trusting love of an animal that brings joy to life/my world. I’ve been a dog owner for over 15 years, first to my sweet Charlie - no longer with us; and now to our foster fail Maya. Charlie was a border collie who never ran out of energy. Like, ever 😆. Maya is a more settled gal, but she still loves a good walk/hike as long as a nap comes afterwards. I’ve also been a cat mom, and cat foster mom for over 20 years. Our Sophie & Evie keep us on our toes requesting frequent snuggles, play time, treats, and nap time in our laps 💜🐾 If it’s not already evident, I firmly believe: pets are family, and pets have rights to autonomy/boundaries with people and other animals. I happily respect and help maintain people’s rules for their pets (but all y’all that say they can’t get on the couch need an intervention 🙃😉 I’m just saying). I’m able to do drop in visits to feed, administer meds, let dogs out, attend to cat boxes etc. and during my visits I will also provide a bit of attention and interaction for your pets if they desire it - I’m not just a run in and run back out sitter ☺️ I provide in home boarding and doggy day care at my home, where they have access to our fully fenced backyard for potty visits and playtime (weather safety dependent). I will probably only offer cat care visits to your home, as I have our 2 girls here full time as well as often having a foster kitten/cat or 2. About: I was trained how to train dogs at an early age after our first dog was trained by our breeder. Since then I trained 2 golden retrievers and an Australian Cattle dog (red heeler). Both breeds are strong willed and have high energy. I work from home and so have a lot of freedom to break away to take care of dogs. Indoors we have a large sectional that everyone likes to pile up on & snuggle. I also have puppy pads to use indoor & can also crate your pupper if you prefer, but I usually prefer not to confine the fur babies.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs of varying sizes beginning at age 12. Family members and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, play, love on, and bathe their pets. About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. “Brittney was the answer to all our problems! Our puppy, Rosie, needed last-minute surgery to remove a tumor on her leg right before we left on a trip we couldn't cancel. Since we couldn't board her in a place that couldn't keep careful watch over her at all times, we turned to Rover and found Brittney. Brittney made sure Rosie did not bother her surgery bandage and kept her around dogs with calmer temperaments (Rosie LOVES other dogs and needed to be around dogs that wouldn't get her too riled up and potentially bother her surgery wound). She also took care to ensure Rosie was in her post-surgery cone so she couldn't get to her wound overnight or when they needed to leave the house. She was a pro at giving Rosie her antibiotics and also went above and beyond by taking her to the vet when her bandage slipped off so she could get patched up with a new one. We couldn't have asked for better care for our Rosie while we were away. It wasn't a situation we wanted to be in, but Brittney made it all manageable and we were able to enjoy our trip with no worries over Rosie being taken care of. I should also mention that Rosie is a rescue and is scared of most people she meets. But she seemed to take to Brittney and her husband very quickly after we left, and if that's not a true endorsement, I don't know what is!”
