“my kitten has never felt more comfortable with someone that she does not know!! charlotte was great, she sent me photos and updates throughout the day which was super reassuring. i genuinely did not expect it to go as well as it did, the last time i left my kitten with an unfamiliar person it did not go well at all and my cat was extremely upset and anxious. this experience with charlotte was the COMPLETE opposite of that awful experience. if you are looking for someone to take your pet in or watch your fur baby, definitely consider her!! i honestly cannot say enough good things about her and the whole experience.”
