Pet Sitting in Platteville

About: I’ve always had a pet my entire life and am used to having to train younger dogs. I’ve taken care of my own dog for five years now and potty trained her as well as feed her everyday. I also have dog sat for close friends and neighbors who need help. I’m used to a little bit of a hectic house and love getting to know each dogs different personality! I really enjoy going on walks and even better if it’s with a dog! I take my dog on walks often and like snuggle time just as much. I always feed her in the morning and the evening and always check to make sure she has enough water. In clients home I will always be careful to respect boundaries since my main job is just to care for the dog. I will of course make sure that the house stays as it is and that both me and the dog are comfortable together. In my own home, I will do my best to make the dog feel comfortable with me and my family.

She went above and beyond by tidying up on the last visit (emptying the litter genie and taking out the garbage). The only sitter that’s ever done that for us! Unnecessary but oh so lovely to come home to. Our cats were in great hands and we will certainly request McKenzie again in the future.”

About: I have been a dog owner for my whole life. I have never known life without taking care of pets which is why I am a qualified pet care giver! I have experience with feeding, walking and taking care of dogs of all sizes and breeds. I am currently working towards my masters degree online and working part time so I have plenty of free time to offer great pet care! I work about 5-6 hours per day at my part time job leaving me plenty of extra free time! I live in a house with lots of yard space but I do live with a roommate who has a dog. In home services will depend heavily on your pet as well as my roommates dog who does get along with other dogs very well. As for caring for pets in my clients home, I will do what is comfortable for my client and care for their pet in a manner that is most comfortable for them. I will be sure to over communicate with my client to ensure the safety of their pet and their home.

About: Although I have no professional experience in dog care, there has never been a day in my life where I haven’t owned a dog, and I can’t see myself ever not having one. I love all animals, but dogs are the best. They are a loyal best friend and I believe they deserve the best care possible. I will ensure your dog receives that and make sure it feels as loved as if you’re there. I am very organized, active and trustworthy and you can count on me to give your pup the best care possible. I am a football player at UW Platteville and I have a 3.2 gpa, so I know the hard work that goes into being successful and I will work my hardest to be a successful dog sitter. Pet care is a daily thing for me. I have a black lab who is full of energy and can be very needy at times so I am experiencing in dealing with that and constantly doing what is needed to meet her needs. I like the spoil my dog at home she is constantly getting pets and cuddles. When she does get hyper i’ll play tug of war and fetch with her either in the yard or the living room and she loves it. I feed her twice a day and give her treats for going to the bathroom outside. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your dog is as comfortable as possible and all their needs are met. I have also had experience dog sitting for a few of my neighbors and I treat those dogs the same way I would my own.

“Patrick, or Patty as he likes to be called, is one of the best dog dads that I know. His Melly is the sweetest, most well-trained dog you can find. He has watched my dogs several times; he plays with them, takes them for hikes, and even picks up their poop. Great guy- can't recommend him enough.”

About: Dogs have been part of my family since childhood. Friends and family entrust me with caring for their pets. I’m comfortable walking them, feeding them, can give medication, play with them. I am retired and have flexibility with my time. I am usually available any day during the week and am willing to help you on weekends at times. I will walk your dog, feed them, play with them, and give medication if needed. If they have other needs we can discuss this. I will treat them as one of my family.

“We have house rabbits and needed someone trust worthy to bunny-sit them. I found Brianna on rover and upon doing a face to face realized she would treat my bunnies with love and respect. She listened to and agreed with me when we discussed how rabbits should never be handled by the scruff since they don't have a scruff. While we were away she came in and kept the bunnies fed, treated and clean! Both rabbits were excited when I came in the door from our trip and they asked for treats and greets. I could tell Brianna spent some time playing with them. Over all it was an unusual pet to sit and she rose to the occasion professionally and was trustworthy. I highly recommend Brianna for walking and visiting your precious furry friends anytime!”
