“My experience leaving my doggies with Karen was great. Doggies were happy when I picked them up, Karen was very communicative and send pictures and videos of the dogs. Also she has a great space for them. Would recommend.”

“I recommend planning ahead and communicating clearly, as the staff here are busy professionals. They were very accommodating when a change of plans prevented me from picking up my dog before an incoming storm. They patiently waited for me until the next day, and Canelo was returned safe and sound. Thank you Rissa and Dan.”

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and more! I love all animals and will treat them with love and all the snuggles. I can administer inhalers for animals, and other medications. My dog and cat are very sweet and love having other animals visit. I look forward to meeting your pets! I currently work from home, and can care for your pets with the flexibility they require. I love going for walks and spending time outdoors. I have a large yard, and many rooms to keep your pets feeling safe and comfortable. My dog and cat are both friendly and enjoy when other animals come to visit.
“Jacqueline was amazing! From making me feel welcomed right from the first message to going above and beyond with communication, photos, updates and flexibity. 11/10 would recommend, if you care about your furry friend, with Jacqueline you can rest assured they are in safe hands :)”

“We booked Nicole at the last minute during our stay in Dubuque. We had been traveling with our dog, Ellie, and we wanted some time to explore the city without her. Nicole responded quickly, asked us a few questions, and accepted our request immediately. She and her husband were absolutely lovely. We would definitely use her service again!”

“Boarded my dog for the first time with Cassandra for four nights. She was very easy to work with and was very receptive to texts regarding our travel plans. She also snuck in a photo or two of our pup when giving us periodic updates on how he was doing. One day back home, and I think my dog is sad that all the friends he made at Cassandra's aren't here to play with him today.”

“I'm so happy Mya is the sitter I chose. Her back yard is a PUPPY PARADISE... I'm used to apartment living and having to leash walk Luci several times a day. But at Mya's house, Luci can run around in a big secure fenced-in yard with lush grass. It was like a real vacation for her. Mya has cameras on her phone so she can watch the dogs when she's away from the house. She is so chill and welcoming. I brought up my dog's behavioral issues, and she really took the time during the initial meeting to make sure her 4 pups and mine were going to get along OK, and to answer any questions I might have. Her small dogs are very sweet, and Luci made fast friends with them. I got updates with photos and video every day. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I hope we get to make this a more regular thing. Would rate 6 stars if I could.”

“Our girly loved staying with Lottie while we were on vacation! Lottie sent daily updates, and I can tell her and the family spoiled her rotten with snuggles.💕 appreciated knowing she was in great hands!!”

“We were in town from Atlanta for a family reunion and used Sarah for dog sitting our Rosie. Rosie loved her. She has a quiet and comfortable home. Rosie had everything she needed and was very happy when we picked her up. Sarah’s backyard is great. Rosie highly recommends Sarah!!”

“Taylor did fantastic with our 3 fur babies and they absolutely loved her! She treated and loved them like they were her own and I can’t appreciate enough for that. Gave daily updated pictures of them and kept me updated on how they were doing! Amazing response time! Will continue to rebook with her!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Ruth on Rover! She was able to take our dog, Millie, on very short notice, which we really appreciated. From the moment we dropped Millie off, Ruth made us feel comfortable and confident that Millie was in great hands. Millie clearly had a great time during her stay. Ruth took excellent care of her and made sure she felt right at home. We really appreciated the photos Ruth sent while we were away—it was great to see how happy and comfortable Millie was. It looked like Millie had a blast going on walks and even getting to enjoy some car rides. We’re very grateful that Ruth was able to help us out with a last-minute booking and provide such great care. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to watch their dog, and we would gladly book with her again!”

About: I have had 5 years (minimum) experience with all types of animals, giving me a vast knowledge of pets and any special care involved. My experience includes small and large dogs, horses, reptiles, and exotic animals. One of my favorite activities would be training, watching them develop and closely inspecting for any concerns. I like to stay healthy and fit making longer walks fun and easy along with playing outside. I recently moved to the area with my boyfriend from out of state! I currently do not have a job which gives me plenty of free time for your fur baby! I live in an apartment complex that has special amenities for animals, such as a dog park. Although, I do live on the second floor of the building which could be a challenge for elderly dogs.
About: I've taken care of and owned many dogs over the years. I have had pets all of my life, dogs, cats, fish, turtles, guinea pigs...you name it! Neighbors, friends and family have continuously entrusted my wife and I to care for their pets. We will board only one family’s dog(s) at a time so you can be sure they get the attention they need. Our four kids are age 7-13 and will also provide extra attention and playtime for your dog. With six in the household you can rest assured knowing your dog will have attention at all times. Our 4 acre yard provides ample space for leashed exploring and there is abundant wildlife in the area providing new smells to investigate. Your dog will be walked a minimum of once in the morning and once at night with bathroom breaks every 2-4 hours or as needed. During the week my wife and I have the ability to work from home to provide care for your dog during the day. We do require dogs to potty trained and not have a history of aggression. They also need to be trained to not chew on non toys unless they are still puppies which we fully understand and can work with! We look forward to having an opportunity to meet you and keeping you pets well loved! No matter what our day looks like, there is always someone available to provide the attention and consistency of car for your dog(s), which is the number one priority. We also have a furnished basement that can be closed off if needed. Or a quiet capped garage and workshop room depending on the sleeping arrangements your dog is accustomed to. If you could please let me know of any special needs your dog may require or want.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities, including feeding, walking, playtime, and providing companionship while owners are away. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable in their routine, and I do my best to keep things familiar and stress-free. I’m reliable, attentive, and always treat every dog with care and patience. I maintain a very flexible routine and am home the majority of the day. I do volunteer a few hours daily, but I’m otherwise available to care for pets, provide attention, and keep them on their normal schedule. Dogs in my care will have a stable environment, regular potty breaks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment for every dog in my care. I make sure pets are always supervised, comfortable, and kept in a clean, secure space where they can relax and feel at home.

Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
