She sent pictures daily of our dog looking so happy; you could tell he felt at home! They took detailed notes about our pups' schedules, likes/dislikes, and routines during the meet and greet. Drop-off day went effortlessly, as the puppies seemed at ease and comfy in their home. Hollie and Brian sent updates every day, with lots of pics and videos.
