“Norman showed up with great energy & care for our first time with him sitting. Page loves to see him & Norman stays in touch throughout the day with good awareness to tune in for needs for me & pup while I was away.”

“In August 2014, Gabriella watched our dog Nixon. We set up an initial meet-and-greet beforehand for Gabriella and Nixon to get to know one another, show Gabriella how to make his food and give him his medications. We also got to know each other. The morning of my flight Gabriella showed up to get our house key and look after Nixon. She spent the night at our place and took great care of him: feeding him, providing his medication, taking him on a lot of walks and tons of belly rubs. While I was traveling for work, Gabriella would send me pictures of Nixon which was the perfect touch. I strongly recommend Gabriella. She has the sweetest personality and a true love for dogs.”

“The only reason I would ever not book Ruth again is because I would be afraid my pets might like her more than us. Seriously, just from the photos I could tell how much our cats/dog liked her (and how much the dog liked the way she pet him). Great communication, tons of pictures, and got back to me quickly when I needed someone to check in on them because I needed to go into the office for a week.”

“Boryana is an extremely professional and reliable pet sitter. She has excellent communication skills, is very attentive to details, and did an outstanding job taking care of my cats. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality pet sitting services!”

“Kim is an amazing pet sitter! I will be sure to be rebooking her when we are out it town next! My wife and I are fellow Rover sitters and can say that Kim truly went above and beyond during her stay. Our Lab even had a last minute injury and Kim took extra care to look after her! We came back to a super clean apartment and she even left us a detailed summery of the stay!”

“Sharyn was AMAZING! She is our new official dog and house sitter. We’ve never had anyone else at our home with our precious dogs, so trust is a really big deal for us. Everything was cleaner than when we left it, and the dogs were clearly happy and safe. We now can finally go on trips and not worry, we know everything will be handled here.”

“Sarah did a phenomenal job house sitting our cat Kiki!! From the moment we met Sarah, her warmth and genuine love for animals were evident. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and adorable photos of Kiki, which was incredibly reassuring.”

“Simply put, Joey was outstanding, both with his care of Pablo as well as management of our home while staying here. As a person, he’s a young man of high integrity who is kind, thoughtful, and detail oriented! He loves dogs; kept me posted with text and pics; and maintains a positive and loving temperament. He exceeded my expectations and would give him my highest recommendation!”

“Meg was great with our big fluffy guy for our last minute long weekend away. She came and stayed at our place and sent us regular updates. We would definitely use her again. Thanks Meg!”

“Vee was very attentive to our cat, Chaos. She took the time to come meet us before her stay, and she followed all of our instructions to the letter, especially for his medication. She kept us updated with information and pictures, and clearly enjoyed taking care of Chaos. We hope to have Vee cat sit for us again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for the past couple years. I have taken care of both family and friends dogs as well as neighbors from word of mouth. I am currently working remotely part time from home so I am generally pretty free to dog sit or pop in to feed any pets during the day. I can't take care of any pets in my home, but can go to your home and either dog sit from there or walk your dog.

“Ryan and Shannon took great care of our two large energetic size dogs, they kept us posted with updates each day and sen pictures and assured us they were happy. Due to their temperament, a kennel or home with other dogs was not an option, so having them in our home to take care of them where they’re most comfortable was a huge perk. Also the fact that both Ryan and Shannon stayed at our house offered the dogs twice as much attention. The dog didn’t seem to be alone for extended period of time. It’s great to have met sitters we felt comfortable having in our home which they left in clean condition, we would use them again.”

About: I've crate-trained my Hungarian Vizsla puppy, and I live with 3 adult dogs so I'm used to many personalities. I was also asked by my neighbor to care for her Bichon Frise when she went on trips. I am currently searching for a job so I have ample time to care for pet-sit, exercise, and spend time with them. I also have a big SUV so I can transport many dogs to a dog park or a walking path away from the house. I take my dogs out about 4 times a day because I'm living in an apartment at the moment. I usually take them for long walks, but I'm very cognizant of the weather and the heat of the ground on their pads. If we were going on a long walk I'd either have to do it in the early morning or night because it's just so hot in the summer.

About: Other than taking care of my own dog and cats, I have been taking care of neighbors, friends, and family pets. I've been trusted to walk and feed dogs on a good, strict or flexible schedule. I also have some experience with administering oral medication to both cats and dogs. As of now this will be my full source of employment. This means I will have all day to take care of your furry friends. I am capable of spending quality time with your pet and following their schedule. I'm able to handle hyper and active dogs who may jump around when I enter the home and cuddly cats who wanna play. I like to make pets comfortable with me in the safety of their own home.

About: Hi my name is Teju! I’ve taken care of friends and families dogs since I was a child and also have had my dog for the past five years. I have a very flexible schedule and love to spend quality time with your dog. Every dog is different so I take the time to get to know them and interact with them based on their needs. I know how to deal with reactivity on walks, resource guarding and pulling. I have a pretty flexible schedule so I am able to work around you and your dog’s needs. I am available on weekdays and weekends. I am able to create a safe environment for your dog based on their needs, weather that means crating or avoiding other dogs in walks. Care and safety of your pet is of upmost importance to me.

“Jessica takes amazing care of our Shiba Inu! Our pup is usually very shy and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but she connected with Jessica right away. We’re so grateful to have found someone our dog trusts and loves!”

“We recently entrusted our dog Maeve to Jill, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. Jill not only kept our home tidy but also formed a special bond with Maeve, ensuring she was happy and well-cared for. We highly recommend Jill for her exceptional service and genuine love for dogs!”

“Marcela has helped take care of my dog Chester for several years now. He is a difficult and stubborn dog but she is always incredible patient with him. In addition, she makes sure to send me frequent updates and follows his schedule precisely. If she ever has any questions, she is prompt about asking them all to make sure that Chester has the best experience.”

Cameron W.
“Cameron loves animals. Like most sane people he prefers them to most people. Saved every penny anyone ever gave him (for years) to come up with money for a dog. He has grown up with a few dogs (and a cat as well). Unlike many children he was super helpful throughout his dog's entire lives. Not simply for the "puppy-moon" phase. He is very bright, graduated Georgetown with a high GPA and very responsible. You will be very pleased with his performance.”

Plainsboro Center pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was my first time using Rover in my new home and Faelynn couldn't have made it any easier. She was super responsive and took great care of my 110 pound Rottweiler. She also looked after the house and kept me updated throughout my trip. Faelynn will be my go to dog sitter now (provided she isn't booked up!). Highly recommend!
