About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goat, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently switching to working 2 part time jobs 7 days a week to only working 1 of those jobs maybe 2-3 days a week so I'm looking to fill my time with taking care of your furry best friends and probably working more at the horse farm too. My schedule for work is made at least a month in advance and I don't work weekends since I work for a dental office so I have some free time to do this now. Looking to walk your dog, drop in on your cats/dogs while you're away and maybe open to short overnight stays in your home if I can arrange for my own doggie to be taken care of because he gets really lonely and upset if I'm not home at night, otherwise I'd have it on my profile that I was available for that too. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I'll make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water, the right amount of food, nothing is left out for them to get into or chew up, and cleaned litterboxes! I believe in treating your pet like my own and providing the utmost care and respect for both them and your home.

About: I am a full time pediatric occupational therapist who works flexible hours and has a love for animals! A bit about me, I live in Doylestown with my boyfriend and my 2 year old Border Collie mix named Bo, who’s endless energy has given me a run for my money but has made my life better in every way! While I save for a home of my own, i’d love to help walk/check in/board as I know how challenging it can be to find a sitter to rely on! In my free time, I work with waiting on a friend animal rescue based out of Ottsville, volunteering at their adoption events and helping care for their rescue dogs. Having a reactive pup of my own, I understand the stress that comes with leaving them in someone else’s care. Though I am new to rover, I am no stranger to dogs, cats, and animals of all sizes as i’ve grown up with hounds, labs, daschunds, pitbulls, senior dogs, medically complex cats. I would love to help! I am available for afternoon and evening walks with one days notice. I can help with overnight sitting or weekend stays when given a weeks notice. I have many days off due to working in the school district, so my hours are flexible and will be reflected on my calendar. I do not currently board in my home as my dog is a bit anxious around new pups. In your home, I will follow all rules and guidelines you provide whether that is crate training or free roaming, leaving things how they were when I arrived. I will clean up after your pet and myself, and do light house care like rinsing dishes, removing trash, and cleaning surfaces/messes.

About: How I can be your pets next favorite friend is my strong background in working with dogs, especially when it comes to basic training like sit, stay, lay down, etc. to even teaching some fun, playful tricks! While dogs are my specialty, I’m always happy to care for cats too with the same level of love, patience, and attention. Taking care of animals is a big part of my everyday life. I’ve got a dog of my own, so things like walks, training, and playtime are already part of my routine. I have both a front and back yard for outdoor time, and while they aren’t fenced, I always use heavy-duty tethers and stay close by to keep things safe. Inside, there’s lots of cozy space and available crate room if your pet is used to having their own spot. Your pet will also have the chance to hang out with my own small, friendly dog if they enjoy some company! I make sure every pet feels at home, gets lots of attention, and stays on their usual routine as much as possible. When caring for your pet at your home, I’ll always follow your instructions and any special routines to make sure your pet feels comfortable and at ease. I’m happy to stick to their usual schedule and habits so they experience as little disruption as possible. Plus, I bring extra pet supplies with me whether it’s toys, bowls, or anything else needed to ensure your pet has everything they need while you’re away.

I have large animal experience as I am an Animal Science major at Delaware Valley University. I am currently available anytime Sunday-Tuesday and any time before 6pm on Wednesday. About: I've taken care of dogs for the last 5 years. I have experience feeding, bathing, walking, and playing with dogs. I have trained a puppy before. About: I have 5 dogs of my own! I have a Pitbull mix, Australian Shepherd, 2 elderly Terrier Mixes, and a Redbone Coonhound! I have previously cared for 3 elderly Poodles who needed special medical care which was administered during my visits. I periodically sit for neighbors and family's pets while they are away. I have grown up with multiple animals my whole life and am always excited to meet new friends big or small! I have a current job at a retirement home in which I work about 5 days a week. I only work shifts of 3-4 hours from 4-7:30pm give or take. Outside of those hours I am almost always free! We currently have a fenced in yard for our dogs but I always provide supervision when I let them out. I take my able dogs for longer walks when the weather is fit. I always make sure our dogs have fresh water and food to keep them well nourished and healthy. For my elderly dog, we provide her with medication each morning.
