About: I grew up on a small farm with goats, rabbits, chickens and other animals, and there was never a shortage of chores left to do! Now, I spend my days on the streets of Big D, living life in the big city working as a PR and Public Affairs specialist. I have rescued and fostered several animals. I love to take care of all kinds of pets, big and small, and have experience with dogs, from puppy to senior citizen. I have one cat, Allie D. Cat, and one dog, Badger Boy, and live in a guest house in the M Streets. My landlady and I share a backyard with her dogs, therefore all visiting animals must be other-pet friendly! About: I've grown up around different animals in my home. The most common being dogs with their sizes ranging from a small chihuahua to a large dog who was a mixed breed. Cats were also included in our household, one in particular being quite feisty yet well cared for. Within that household, there were also birds and turtles. I also volunteered at an animal sanctuary for a while so I do have some experience in dealing with the more bizarre kinds of animals as well. I’m currently in the middle of working on my thesis for my master’s degree. Fortunately I’m at a state where my time is quite malleable as long as I’m notified within reason. I did move out of my hometown, so I am currently not caring for any pets which does allow for more free time. As such, I am able to care for most animals at a flexible rate. I can give company to any pet. If necessary, I can help crate them or give other proper care for them. Back home I’ve helped crate and transport my dogs and cat to the vet. When there was thunder one of my dogs was terrified of the sound, so normally we would wrap a blanket or towel around them and hold them to help comfort the little doggy for a while.

About: I have been told that I have a way with animals , especially dogs in terms of gaining their trust. I have raised a number a dogs over 2 decades living on the family ranch. The latest dog I picked out for the family was very shy and scared. But I bonded with him quickly and gained his trust. FYI, I understand that this a job that I must prioritize customer service, and the health and well-being of their pets. I am well aware the duties of house sitting would include washing toys and dishes, mopping if needed, making sure the pets get plenty of play time, walks in parks, cleaning up waste, and giving meds if needed. Also, I’ll bring my own air mattress if you wish me to spend the night house sitting your pet. I am working on getting another part-time job to make ends meet, but I can provide a flexible schedule to ensure your pets gets the best service when I am needed for help I am unable to provide service to have your pet stay at my place. My backyard is too small for starters. And most importantly, the walls and fence are not built properly meaning you dog might be at risk of digging out.

About: I have taken care of horses, cats, dogs, chickens and many other animals over the last several years. I love animals more than people (most of the time 😉) and am very reliable. I work from home, so I’m able to watch your fur babies all day and ensure they have potty breaks, and get all the love the need. I do my very best to make sure your fur baby is as comfortable as when you’re there. If they’re in my home, or I do home visits, I will ensure that the same training is maintained.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and we’ve always had at least one dog around. I’ve been relied on for pet care by friends and family from a young age and have also professionally worked with animals in day care, boarding, and kennel settings. And now those who know me regularly come to me for advise on care for their pets, and I’m always very happy to offer whatever help I can or learn more from someone else or another source if it’s a topic I’m not as educated on so that I can provide better help in the future. I have experience with all sizes and temperaments of dogs and cats and am willing to work with difficult pets as well. Whatever your pet needs, I will do my best to provide during their service. Their safety, comfort, and enjoyment is always my priority. If you ever have questions or want advice on anything related to pet care, handling, diet, or behavior issues I’m also always glad to answer to the best of my ability! I don’t know everything by any means, but have helped people with things such as weight loss for obese dogs, leash training difficult-to-walk dogs, or socializing reactive dogs among other things. I currently have two pets of my own. Zora, my goofy Texas-special mutt puppy (one day I’ll get her DNA tested and figure out just what the heck she’s mixed with) I adopted in May 2026; the vet estimates she was born in January 2026. She loves to hang her head out the car window and feel the wind when I’m driving, and she loves making friends with all the people and dogs. I try to get her out to experience things out and about as much as possible, and we’re usually out at the dog park at least once or twice a week! Then there is my kitty Valkyrie, who was born in January 2021 and who I adopted in April 2021. She’s an indoor-only kitty which suits her just fine as she find the wide world and all the noises that go with it to be a bit terrifying. However I have set my patio up as a catio of sorts as well and she does enjoy sitting out there and soaking up the sun and sights and smells in comfort and security. She loves finding the highest points in my home to rest in, and I’ve ended up putting a bed for her up on top of one of my cabinets because she likes to sleep up there so much. The blinds are my windows always have to be pulled up just a bit so that she can look out the windows, otherwise she tends to get a bit huffy. She is quite the talker when she wants something or is demanding attention, or just wants to tell me all her about her day when I get home. I do currently have a main job as a dog groomer, though my hours are fairly flexible and I have nearly total freedom with my schedule. As long as it doesn’t interfere with any of my coworkers schedules or create inconveniences for our clients, my boss essentially lets me move my work schedule around however I want. The only day I typically would be completely unavailable with the exception of possible extremely early in the morning or very late in the evening/at night would be Thursdays, as my boss needs me with her as an assistant on Thursdays. But otherwise, particularly if I’m given plenty of advance notice, I can usually move my work schedule around to accommodate dog walks and sitting requests. Just send me a message and I’m more than happy to talk days and times you need! I like to try to match the pet’s pace during their walks. I’m not much of a runner, but I’ve got some long legs and have a fast walking pace. If they just want to go-go-go that is fine with me, or if they’re more of the chill, sniff around and stroll leisurely along type, we can take it nice and easy. For drop in visits, I will not let dogs out into a yard unless it is securely fenced in, and I will never allow a cat to go outdoors while they are in my care. If you don’t have a secure yard but your pup still needs to get out during the visit, I’m happy to take them on a quick walk as long as there is a leash and collar/harness provided.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 10 yrs old. From big to small, old to young, and wild to couch potato’s. I have skills when it comes to training puppies and taking care of senior dogs due to my fur babies. I’m currently not working this summer, giving me plenty of time to love on your fur babies and take care of them. I can do house sitting only on weekends and maybe some holidays as well. I have two senior dogs that I give daily medication to, take on short walks and make sure to give them water breaks on our walks. Then I have two high- energy dog who I take on trail walks and play with them until they are mentally and physically exhausted.Through the day I make sure to give them all loves and cuddles. I will do the same for you fur babies as well.
