“Came home to happy pups, not frantic or nervous. Brent obviously followed my instruction/requests to the letter. Note that one of my dogs was only 3 mos. old and needed specific on time breaks and play. Would feel absolutely confident having Brent back again!”

“Well first of all she brought me a donut at the meet and greet… Elizabeth is the best! So thorough and thoughtful with my kitties. I knew from the moment I met her that they would be in good hands with her. Her husband Rich is great too!”

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, and everything in-between for as long as I can remember. From pit-bulls to terriers, handicapped chickens to one eyed kittens and animals with at least 8 legs, i’ve seen it all. Apart from caring for my own dogs, cats, and other pets over the years, I did freelance petsitting and dog walking in and around my neighborhood for around seven years, ranging from dog walks while the owner was at work, to late night cat feedings and prescription medication administration, to trying to give a rabbit a bath. I have a high level of experience caring for both puppies/kittens and elderly dogs and cats, having worked to foster puppies and kittens with my local ASPCA for nearly a decade as well as helped raise and train one of my family dogs, and care for my elderly, disabled dog in her later years. I also have background training with the ASPCA regarding animal safety (specifically reactive or defensive dogs) and basic dog and cat body language, crucial aspects of keeping everyone involved healthy and happy! I’m currently a college student home for the summer- my schedule is very open and very flexible, depending on the individual needs of the animal. I can match whatever level of energy your pet needs within the home- whether it be constant cuddles and attention, hours of playtime, or just an omniscient hand filling the food bowl and grabbing the leash! I’m comfortable administering oral or topical medications, able to control and crate dogs if the need arises, and (i’d like to think) i’ve learned some pretty good strategies to stop unwanted barking late at night over the years. I value the mental and physical comfort of the animal i’m caring for first and foremost, whether that means hands on attention or a more quiet, calm approach to time spent with your pet. I’m willing to care for and spend time with shy or reactive dogs as long as they’re within my size range. Having owned both a very senile, timid dog and a very reactive, defensive dog, it’s important to me that they receive the amount of care and attention in the home they deserve :)

About: I have had a dog my entire life and have taken care of many other dogs including in home sitting, walking, and drop ins. I have also taken a dog training class, so I have experience training puppies. I work full time but get off at either 4:30 or 5:30 so I have plenty of time at night to come over for a visit and walk! I have plenty of greenery outside my apartment for walks and places to meet other dogs as well. However, I am not offering in home service.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes. My dad grew up training dogs and my mom can’t live without them. Currently I have a senior chihuahua who I rescued when he was surrendered to the shelter at 10 years old. He has been the best addition to the family. Growing up I watched neighbors dogs and in college I babysat my friend’s dogs often. I do not have experience training puppies but I do have experience with senior dogs and dogs that require more medical attention than others. I am currently a part-time student and on the part-time job search so I have plenty of time during the week to care for additional pets. I live in an apartment so I don’t have a backyard but there is plenty of green space outside my apartment and a trail. I have a senior dog who is very friendly and used to interacting with small and large dogs because my family has dogs of all sizes and personality. My goal in caring for other dogs is to not disturb their routine. My dog for example is happy to sleep the day away but an active dog would need more activity and enrichment which I’m happy to provide.

“Alex was great! Timely, followed instructions, sent photos and notes, and had no issues. Oliver was calm and content in his crate when I got home, so I know they had a good time! We will definitely book with her again!”

About: With 18 years of pet care experience, I specialize in providing top-notch dog sitting, walking, and petsitting services. My love for animals and commitment to their well-being ensure that your furry family members receive the best care possible. I offer personalized services to match your pet’s personality and routine. Whether your pup needs a quick walk, a playful visit, or a cozy staycation, I’m here to ensure they feel loved and cared for every step of the way. I do teach basic obedience to dogs along with helping yourself understand the “why” in certain behaviors. Growing up with powerful breeds there is no breed I am not accustomed to and cannot handle. Pet care is a daily routine of mine as I have a fur baby of my own. Feeding bathing walking training are task I do daily In my home my dogs have their own place, a room specifically for them, designed for them. This is their home inside the home. Real cozy. I don’t crate my dogs anymore as they are older and have grown out of puppy ways. Nothings perfect but it works for my home. They have ample back yard space and we go on 5+ mile walk very frequently. I keep dogs to keep myself active and it’s always nice having a companion by your side. All my dogs I’ve raised since puppies, trained and taught myself so our bond is unshakable. I love my dogs my dogs love me it’s a win win situation. The same care I give my dogs will be given to your own at your discretion of course though that is my intention.

About: I have experience with pets of all sizes, breeds and ages! I grew up on a small farm where I raised farm animals and also smaller animals like rabbits, chickens, dogs and cats. Fast forward- I have my own fur babies- a dalmatian, a pitbull and a husky/shepherd mix. I have raised 2 litters of puppies that I cared for until it was time for them to go off to their forever homes. I have worked in the animal field for over 6 years. I’ve worked in everything from pet boarding and daycare, to working at primary veterinary hospitals, to working in emergency pet care. I’ve been around animals my entire life it’s my passion! I treat every pet as if they were my own! In order for me to give your pet the best care, please provide me with a detailed list of what your pet will need while in my care- including a list of possible food/treat allergies, what type of harness or leash your pet uses etc. For the pet owners who’s fur baby tends to be shy and nervous around new people: I would recommend a brief meet & sniff. I am willing to meet prior to my first service with your pet to assure you both are completely comfortable. This allows me an opportunity to meet you the owner, and give your four-legged baby a chance to get some sniffs and belly rubs so that our next encounter is positive and not so scary! I am a firm believer that a tired dog is a good dog! (Especially in larger breed dogs like my three babies.) A combination of mental and physical stimulation is what keeps your dog happy! Whether it be long walk sniffing new areas, playtime indoors to get those zoomies out, a kong filled with their favorite treat, or trying out a sniffle mat!
