About: Since I was born, I have been around and cared for dogs of many breeds and ages. I have had 3 family dogs (Dachshund, Miniature Dachshund, and Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd/Corgi mix), and I have dogsat many others. In addition to dogs, I have helped take care of my siblings' cats. I am a day-to-day substitute teacher so I have a very flexible job that allows me to pick up days or choose not to work a day. I am gentle yet informed when it comes to care. With our 3rd family dog, I took her to many weeks of training, so I will utilize tactics taught in those courses to prioritize your pet’s happiness while also ensuring their safety.

About: I have 2 dogs (Archie & Cheney) and grew up watching and feeding pets on the weekends for family, friends and neighbors. While in school I worked at horse stables for 4 summers and had multiple golden retrievers, cow dogs and farm animals to take care of. I work from home full time with my dogs by my side. I’m regularly available in the morning, lunch time and after 4pm for dog walks. Also, available throughout the day for pet check ins, flexible schedule on the weekends. Will take good care of pets and home while in your space. Will be respectful of your home and community while walking your dog. I’m flexible throughout the week and weekend to assist with your dogs/ cats.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life! I also worked in management at my previous job, which shows I can excel in situations and love to do my best! I am a student at WVU and work part time in the hospital as well. I am a college student at WVU so I have classes in the morning to early afternoon but I am free early morning and around 1 pm on until the evening! I ensure that all pets are safe while in my care and make sure to follow the owner’s instructions and check in frequently as well!

About: I have always cared for dogs growing up! My husband and I have 2 golden retriever sisters that we love. I am organized, responsible, energetic and would love to help take care of your dog while you’re busy. About: I often volunteer at the SPCA to spend more time with animals. I love animals, and it is a great take away to spend time with a furry friend amidst all of life’s chaos. I currently work a day job semi full time, but I make sure to plan around with my rover schedule! My two pets are my world, and I have fit my home schedule surrounding caring for them. I prefer to lounge around with furry babies! I have grown up with pets my entire life, and know how important it is to give them a great quality of life. I will make sure all the pets needs are met, and have a primary focus of communication with owners. About: I decided to join Rover because my friends always contact me to take care of their pets and they say I should make a job of it :) I’ve also been a personal assistant to two families, which included staying with and checking in on their pets on a daily basis and while they were away. I’ve had a few clients over the years where I’ve taken care of their dogs, cats, rabbits, goats and other farm animals. I’ve helped run a small farm as well so if you have horses or other animals that need looked after, I’m all in! I have a college degree and manage a restaurant now. I’m very responsible, handle stress well, and have always taken my obligations very seriously. I’m trustworthy and always on time. That’s part of being a business woman :) Besides that though, I truly love animals and I’m very fond of dogs, cats, and horses. I’d love to help you out so be sure to get in touch! Fortunately, as a restaurant manager, I get to create my own schedule so I enjoy helping out families with their pets in my off time. Now that I have my own dog, I truly understand how important it is to find a sitter you can trust. Whether they’re energetic, shy, anxious, or just love lots of attention, I’ll make sure they feel secure and cared for the whole time you’re gone Pet care is a natural part of my daily life since I have my own dog and understand the routines, attention, and love pets need. Most of my classes are online, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to offer your dog multiple walks or drop-in visits throughout the day. I make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention, and I’m happy to follow their usual routines so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Being around animals is something I truly enjoy, and I treat every pet as if they were my own I offer drop-in visit and dog walking, and I tailor my care to each pet’s needs and routine. During visits, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, get potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m also happy to give medications, clean up accidents, and keep litter boxes or living areas tidy. For walks, I focus on safe, enjoyable exercise at your dog’s pace. My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away

About: I've had experience with puppies to powdered sugar muzzles and from <10lbs to 100+! High energy or a friend who loves a nap, I'll do by best to help your dog have a good time even when you aren't there for the fun. I'm currently a graduate student on summer break with a pretty open schedule. I may pick up a more traditional hourly job on the side, but I'm excited for the opportunity to stay busy over the summer and meet some amazing people and pets while I do it. As I have pets of my own who are a bit easily stressed, I do not offer services where your pet will be in my home. However, I have no issues coming to you! In your home, I will be calm and respectful and don't mind cleaning up any messes your pet may have made.
