About: I am a working professional that will be doing this for some fun and extra income. This will be my first time doing pet care for people I do not know. In the past I have helped friends and neighbors when they were leaving town by watching their animals. In the past I ran my own cleaning business and often did minimal animal care while cleaning homes. I have a dog myself (Indie) and can understand the stress that comes with hiring a pet sitter or kenneling your pet. I hope I can help to provide a stress free option for pet care. You can be confident your animal will be getting the best possible care while you are away. I am offering walks in your neighborhood or longer hikes in the area accompanied by my dog, drop-in visits, and overnight sitting at your home. I wish I could offer boarding at my house but my landlord will not allow other dogs in my home. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about me please don't hesitate to contact me!

About: I grew up with cats (5 to be exact) and a dog. Since that time, I have lived with a dog for the past two year. I have been cat and dog sitting for three years in Durango and in my previous home in Salt Lake City. I love most animals and have a lot of patience and love! My only requirement is a quiet space to work and good internet. I will be patient and loving with your pet. I know it takes time for pets to warm up to new people. I am good at approaching animals slowly and calmly so that they feel safe with me!

About: I have a lot of experience with all types of dogs including big dogs. We take walks everyday down the road and back on leash and multiple walks around my fenced in property off leash. With lots of opportunity for yard time inside my 6-ft fenced in yard. We are located in a scenic and peaceful neighborhood in Aspen springs, approximately 6 mi west of Pagosa springs. Your dog will be able to run and play as much as it wants (supervised, of course) on my fenced in one and a half acre property. I was given my first doggie duties at the age of 5, and other than when I was in the military, dogs have always been a part of my life. I currently have 2 dogs, one is a german shepherd/catahoula mix at about 2 yrs. old (still an active and playful pup) and the other is a husky/lab mix at about 12 yrs. old. both have lots of experience with other dogs. I don't spend much time away from the property these days. I do however have a part-time job in town that will keep me away from the house for about 4 to 6 hours and it's no problem taking an extended break if dogs need attention. You can be assured that when I'm away your pups will be safe, secure and comfortable. With plenty of space to stretch out in my three bedroom home. I live on just over an acre, in a nice qiuet country setting. The property is completely fenced in and gated with lots of trees and bushes there's also an "inner" yard surrounded by a 6ft cedar fence coming off the back porch of the house.

“Stephanie is very professional and wonderful with my scaredy cat. She has great techniques to offer her connection without making my cat feel pressured. Stephanie is patient and kind. I would highly recommend her for excellent pet care in your home.”

About: hi my name is Chloe! My family has 4 dogs who I love to take care of. They are basically my babies. I would love to take care of your pets! I’m super reliable and pretty good about working around times for things needed to be done. I have a big heart for animals and I would love to help you out as well. I typically only work during the day, a couple times a week. So that would always give me time with your pets in the morning and all afternoon and night. If I were at my home I would play outside and stay with them till we are ready to come in. I’ll play fetch, tug, go on walks, or car rides! At others houses I would do the same, unless I am told otherwise.

“Emily watched my dog Walnut for two weeks while I was traveling. There's nobody I trust more to make sure he has the most reliable and loving care. She works a consistent schedule and spends lots of time out exploring the outdoors, which made her a great companion for my pup. He got long walks and lots of cuddles, and he's still obsessed with her. She's the first person I'll call next time I go out of town!”

Dogs sense his easy, kind presence and warm right up to him. He'll give them lots of attention and treat them as his own. He's been boarding, walking and taking care of other people pups for over 8 years. He has two great dogs of his own. His completely fenced property is great for dogs to romp, run and play.
