I accidentally forgot to pack my dog’s bowls and toys, but she was so prepared and thoughtful she had extra bowls and plenty of toys on hand, which really put my mind at ease. I could tell Nova was well loved and well taken care of the entire time. She made sure to stay in contact with me with updates and pictures which I greatly appreciated!
